  Poor communication skills, went to deposit a check that took me forever to get, needed to buy materials for my small business and had me write my company name on it. I did in the wrong place and check was no good. Thanks William I probably lost the contract

  We (my parents and I) had an appointment today to sign paperwork on multiple accounts. Ryan S. was very professional and kind. He clearly explained the documents we were signing and allowed our experience to be excellent! THANK YOU Ryan S. for your time and for helping us take care of my parents bank accounts!

  after being a customer for 33 plus years I now feel they are no longer interested in my business. they used my need for a key to a safe deposit box that I have been paying on for over 19 years to now double my fees. said it was bank policy. Its a policy on how to charge long standing customers more. I have and had Home loans, car loans, boat loans, and credit cards with this bank.... can anyone recommend a bank that sincerely appreciates long tern customers?

  Great experience! Went in to get my card replaced and ended up being able to pick my own background for the card. I have never been given that option before which I thought was pretty cool thing to do. Debbie was extremely helpful and nice as well, overall great location to visit!

  No one can deposit passed business hours so you enable negative accounts. If you would accept deposits at any reasonable service industry hours, maybe you would have more clients. Don't let your ATMs full and unable to accept deposits on a Saturday/Sunday night. It's stupid, and the exact reason why I plan on switching to Bank of America.

  I had some urgent account business to take care of over my lunch break, and banker Christian De La Fuente helped me immediately with my problem. He was courteous, helpful, and thorough, and my problem was solved with no delay or frustration at all. Thank you, Christian! I will definitely continue to use y'all for my banking needs.

  I just had another good customer service experience at WF, South Lamar, and I'm sitting at the pc (which is rare) so I decided to shout-out about it...I've been a customer for about 12 years, since I had to leave a credit union I was a member of and begin this banking relationship. Skipping past lots of convo re politics, finance, etc, etc (cuz I have plenty to say and no time nor room for it here)...I'm writing to say that I have had a couple of questions or issues in the past two years (or so) that Manager Kyle was able to easily resolve for me. There have been other years wherein I established a wonderful relationship with a banker there to weather the difficult economy, and that banker left several years ago. I have noticed that both Kyle and Christie (I'm not spelliing her name correctly, and I hope I have remembered it correctly) have been super friendly and able to work out issues for me. I've had several different accts. with WF, from mortgage to estate executrix to savings (lol) to HSA, and more. Just FYI. That is all...carry on :-) and ask for Kyle or Christie when you go so maybe you will be able to establish a good relationship also-

  At any given time, there are at least 10 people inside the building that work there, and yet, only one teller. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to give an establishment money.
