      When I created an account with Teresa, she was real positive and excited for me to create an account and I felt all the positivity as well. She was incredible and my favorite. Unfortunately, it seems that she has moved. I brought my grandma in to open an account, Kimberly helped us and her attitude was the bare minimum of what customer service should be. She wasn't patient at all, didn't provide us with mobile banking account, and gave attitude when we asked for more information, and overall made us feel like a waste of her time. I don't recommend this banker at all, everyone else I've interacted with has been nice though.

      I have banked at Wells Fargo since the one on Southwest Parkway opened. Had great service and good service and a couple I would like to forget, but I am more than satisfied with them.

      Typically very quick service, but another company blaming Covid for poor customer service. As a business owner, if I treated my customer half as bad, I'd be out of business already, pandemic or not. Once again this bank fails. Destiny in the Commercial line was extremely rude, almost made me cry. Talking down to me like I'm stupid. Worst experience at wells fargo ever.

      6/9/20 they were so wonderful today. Came at 10am and everyone from door person to teller just made us feel so welcome. The first time I came here awhile back I had a bad experience but I let someone know and today was just amazing. Thank you everyone for being so welcoming, helpful and warm. I'll start coming here again from now on.

      I have been banking here for years! Witch means nothing to them. I called ahead about cashing a cashier's check and the said no problem. After driving 90 minutes We arrive for them to say no. I could have part of my money and wait 3 weeks for the rest. I will change my bank ASAP. Aslo they said customer service liead and not to believe them when you call! So why do you have it if that's the case? Ask for Destiny or Mike for poor services.

      We went through the drive thru today and had a great experience.The teller was super friendly.It was so much faster than going inside and waiting in line.

      Have been customer for approximately 20 years, but last several visits to drive up have been disappointing. There is teller that everytime I have her complains about something. Very unprofessional. Customers first should be goal. I would give lower score but I have some loyalty to bank.

      Well folks once again Wells Fargo ATM's having issues this bank has more problems keeping ATM's working properly than any other banks in Wichita Falls wondering why lol well it Tuesday still ATM problems at Wells Fargo locations what could be the problem with this issue

      Customer service is great, but the bank doesn’t open until 9 and closes at 5 so the average guy that works from 8-5 can’t ever get in to cash a freaking check. The employees are nice though.

      The lady tellers deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately the 2 stars are for the host Colby. He is a tall caucasian man who stood in the front of bank as we walked in. He said hi to me and then stared at my husband very serious glare like he wanted to ask my husband what are you doing here what do you want he didnt say that but that's the demeanor we were given towards my husband. he made my husband so uncomfortable that my husband chose to stay back in the foyer seats to get away from him. I had to literally tell my husband honey I'll be right back you dont have to come with me if you dont want to then I looked pointedly at the man whose name I found out was Colby who was just glaring at my husband like he wasnt welcome in there. Then I walk to the teller and I kept an eye behind me because Colby made us so uncomfortable. So Colby then starts walking across the foyer, looks at my husband and then bends over to stare at my behind then looks back at my husband. Wth ?! Was he trying to provoke my husband?! What was that for so now I am uncomfortable because he just purposefully looked at my behind then looked back at my husband as if he wanted to make my husband mad?! Fortunatley I am married to a smart man who just shook his head and said let's go I dont know what this guys problem is. I will NEVER come back here because of Colby. Shame shame. His little game may have been missed by his co workers but not by us.
