  Very informative and patient. Caroline and her team are not overbearing and demanding. They take time to explain things and made sure I understood the entire process. She explained many different programs to me and did not seem to have a biased opinion; however stated facts in my best interest. I really loved using the mobile app. The emails with short videos that explained the current status of the loan process were very helpful and resolved many questions. I recommend Caroline and her team to everyone!

  The main problem we have with this bank is the atm machine is constantly broke we like being able to deposit money into it cause we get paid on the weekend an the bank is closed well the atm hasnt accepted money in months which is a big inconvenience we waste our time going up there an trying it then have to go back the next day they are opened to go threw a teller an when we call am say it's still broke all we get is them saying yeah we know an we hope we get a new ATM were considering changing banks

  Very friendly local bank. It’s not as convenient as big bank service, like online banking functions, etc. But the ladies at teller counter are so nice.

  We as customers are required to wear a mask upon entry, employees aren't required to wear one!?!?!
