Gwen was wonderful! She took the time to help me work out my account issues and was both friendly and professional. After, multiple issues with other Wells Fargo Branches over the last year, today was my last attempt to see if I would continue a relationship with Wells Fargo all together. Call me old fashioned, but it is important for a company to have quality relationships with their customers and Gwen was able to provide that today. Gwen and this branch maintain the level of customer service that Wells Fargo should prioritize. Thanks Gwen!

Just FYI, they don’t carry foreign currency on-hand anymore even though they have a sign on their window that says “foreign currency available inside.” You have to order it ahead of time.

Had a unique experience today going to get some docs notarized. While pulling into the an elderly lady approach and tried to get into my. I immediately knew it was Alzheimer’s. There was a line for bankers but I waved down Gwen Tyler and she immediately got. Us into her office while we were trying to solve this issue. Called Denver PD and we got her reconnected to her husband. Outstanding gob Gwen!

They lock the atm room so you can’t get money when they’re closed. Which is literally the purpose of an atm. Stupid.

This bank charges so many surprise fees, and when you call in to speak with your personal banker, their phone system does not let you connect. And eventually it will just bug you to go through their automated system. I do not recommend them. Chase was better. And even more cutting edge and better is aspiration, but they’re a brand new bank.

      Response from the owner

This is the worst location I have been to. There is always a line out of the door. No social distancing lines painted outside. The service crawls at a snails pace. They need more than 2 people behind the counter to keep people from bunching up. They are not properly staffed to keep social distancing in check. Management needs to fix this. I won't be back.

      Response from the owner

This is not the customer experience we strive to provide, and I’d like to take a closer look into what happened. At your convenience, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Please also include your Google username, and mention you posted a review on a Wells Fargo location. Thank you for your time. -Casey, Wells Fargo HL Social

Think twice - try a Credit Union first: Once a great bank. Now a self-serving big bank. There are so many better choices now that offer mobile, online and global banking access without cheating and chiseling you for everything. I've been a Wells Fargo Private Banking customer for 18 of 20 years. But I'm now a soon to be former customer moving to a large credit union. This didn't happen overnight. I've given them many years to improve. The folks at the branch will genuinely be nice and try to help you. The reality is the culture at the corporate level is not. For years I've experienced: 1) slashing my home equity line of credit without warning 2) applying an annual fee on an account I'd forgotten about without billing me; then reporting me 30 days late for their $40 fee; big deal I went from an 800 to a 760 score - but it shouldn't have happened. They were completely unapologetic and less helpful at not getting it resolved. 3) we've all heard about their account opening scams. 4) read up on their troublesome mortgage practices. 5) last straw was when they cancelled my credit card for fraudulent activity while I was overseas - mind you I had called them to dispute an item 45 days before and told them when I was traveling. Did they call to warn me? No. I had a backup card but it was a major inconvenience to have all your foreign air, hotel and other accommodation charges declined while you're on vacation. These complaints pertain to the bank as a whole and to the location in question which is where I used to bank. Now I get free ATM use at any ATM fees - my new Credit Union even pays the vendor's fees. I actually earn interest. Bill pay, transfers and all deposits are free. Do yourself a favor and don't bank here if you prefer fewer hassles in life.

      Response from the owner

I've visited this branch on several occasions and have thus ar had exceptional service each time. I've never waited unnecessarily long, the staff have been helpful, and any questions I've had were answered or resolved expeditiously. Five stars well earned.

They have a new customer account special. Open up a checking account and receive a bonus business checking account, a credit card, mortgage, auto loan, IRA and money market account. It's really fast. All you have to do is set up the checking account and they take care of the rest, no questions asked.

Was just inside the bank and this guy was being so rude and disrespectful to everyone inside. Swearing, on the phone super loud and yelling at employees. Angela, the way you handled that man was like an absolute star. I wouldn’t have been nearly as kind or patient. Props to you. Very professional.

      Response from the owner
