  I have always have banked with Chase, and am use to their customer service. I was told Wells Fargo wasn't a great bank, so I was hesitant to join my new husband's account with them. I was very misinformed. Alejandra was perfect! You can tell that she enjoys her career and loves to help people. She made sure I felt the account was secure by looking completely away while I put in information and volunteered to help complete all of the things I could have done at home. My husband and I hope that she gets shown appreciation by her management for being such a great ambassador for Wells Fargo! The other staff were very pleasant as well but she went above and beyond and deserves recognition.

  This bank has so many legal issues it is ridiculous. Their main priority now that their reputation is trashed and they are not getting any new customers is to screw over their current ones as much as possible. I have had so many issues ok multiple occasions with this bank. They constantly pull money out early just so I will go negative (this only happens when my bank account is in range to go negative so the bank can charge me). I have had to dispute a transaction but Wells Fargo keeps letting them charge me again... Absolute trash bank.

  Absolutely disappointed in the people who work at this Wells Fargo. Saying they don’t get paid enough to deal with guest all day long. Terrible, people who work here are just terrible.

  I have been a wells fargo customer for YEARS! My friend needed to send money to my account so she got a money order and deposited it into my account. When she asked the teller how soon the funds would be available the teller responded "Its on your reciept". Not sure why this teller couldnt just say Today or tomorrow. Rude customer service helps you LOSE loyal customers. Keep that in mind

  My wife and I trusted Wells Fargo Bank for over 11 years to watch over money in our checking and savings account. Also, Wells Fargo is our home mortgage bank. Through the years Wells Fargo has always been there whenever we needed anything. I can't say enough good things about this bank. Two-thumbs up!

  ATM is ALWAYS out of order! What a hassle considering your the only Wells Fargo in town.

  Dismissive service. I have been at this bank many years. Very unhappy with the way I am being treated I will probably be pulling all my money and investments out very soon.

  Always had great service at the Springtown location. I've been using the Springtown wells Fargo Bank for 15 years. Fast and friendly service.

  Mistakes are always being made with my account. I wish this wasnt the closest wellsfargo. I would give no stars if I could. The service is pretty slow and Im tired of the CONSTANT SALES TACTICS.try treating me as a person NOT A SALE.
