Gizmo Balam1They’ve closed unnoticed. Unplanned. People have valuables and documents in their safe boxes and almost impossible to get to them. Supposed to make an appt for that but it’s been over a week trying to call abs get a hold of anyone. No one is helping and I have extreme need to get to my documents. It’s laughable and extremely annoying that a big bank like this can’t manage to service it’s customers.

Brandi Shaffer2I activated my debit card twice, then my card declined 5 days after I deposited my payroll check into the atm. I was informed that they put a hold on all checks. Payroll or personal so do not deposit your payroll check if you need your money before 10 days. The gentlemen that opened my account was extremely nice though!!

M I1Permanently closed. Need to update! Well....I received a letter from the Bank that it was permanently closed and the staff had been relocated. This is a place that I'd hope would be transparent and honest?

Mitrartim1Businesses should update their hours on their own. It shouldn't be up to the consumers to make sure their other customers don't waste their time and money. Go with a credit union over a bank any day. Less fees, less trouble, and more rewards.

Hadley’s World4I've been banking here for more than 10 years. Really good team that is fast at solving problems. Unfortunately this location has seen a lot of construction in the area, which has hampered its access. They have teams for small business loans, personal investment products and then of course day to day personal banking. Lots of collateral that's easy to digest. Extended Thursday hours and long hours on Saturday as well. Really, really friendly staff. The only downside is, right now, their online platform is lacking and there's no real value based app. Hopefully they catch up with the times soon. Otherwise a great branch and great company!

Patrick Klima1Commerce bank engages in shady banking / billing practices.They charge you hidden fees by not disclosing proper names / charges on their online ledgers vs paper statements. They started charging $3 for statements in January 2017 and did not notify customers or ask for any authorization to do this. They put that charge on your online banking ledger as a "service fee" when you get your statement it's in the ledger as "statement fee", why the confusion? I have various service fees hit my account from international transactions my business engages in. They do not show this monthly service fee in the breakdown on the paper statement, instead hiding it in the ledger as if it were some transaction. If it's a monthly service fee it should be shown as such. When I tried to turn off paper statements there was no option to do so on their site. I imagine they made a nice chunk of change in doing this spread amongst all of their customers, many of whom probably still have no idea they are being charged this fee. Although it's a small fee, the way Commerce acted when I confronted them told me it was merely a way at generating revenue through some low level deception.

Samuel Mullen4Switched to commerce because their technology wasn't five years behind and they didn't take TARP money. The service at this branch is pretty slow.
