      This time fine some time it can get pretty busy around it there's four ATMs out right outside it is not inside a location but it's around other locations. Try not to go around lunch hour

      It took me a week to decide to give bad reviews and I really hate to give bad reviews cuz it’s unfair for someone who is doing great job and bad people ruined the reputation. I had a bad experience with Mr Daniel one of the banker who make me feel that he owns the bank, instead of worked as employee to provide good customer. Bad treatment While having a corporate multiple account at the bank 🏦 Not very nice. Soon I get upset and asked for the branch manager He straight up and top of that branch manager act stupid instead of provide a better service.

      I’m Wells Fargo costumer for 7 years but I swear to God if I never been in other locations and this location was my first experience , Id close all my wells fargo accounts! I recently moved to Corona and this is nearest to my adress ( unfortunately)saw different banker and can say all of them were horrible and super rude , who do you think you are?! You just applied for wells fargo and crazy manager hired some stupid rude people that’s it!

      Walking in on a Saturday morning with not so many great reviews of Google is a bit nerve wrecking but when my husband and I sat with Ali Khan to discuss banking options we right away felt comfortable and not pressured to make any decisions on the spot. We really appreciate that he took the time to give us information & answer all of our questions unhurried especially since he was scheduled to be off before we had arrived! Thank you for such a positive experience Mr. Khan.

      BEWARE OF THIS BANK! They give out fake $100 bills, the machine steals money, they’ll lie and won’t they take any responsibility. This bank should be closed down... I’ve been a loyal customer to them since 2010 and I’ll be switching over to another bank after they wouldn’t take any responsibility about giving me the fake bill. The machines there has try to steal money from us at least 3 times and I would just go inside instead of putting money in the front but I’m finally done with this bank.

      Wells Fargo home mortgage and credit card have horrible phone customer service when you call for your mortgage or other credit card services. I had unfortunately had WF for my rental home. Their fees are senseless and if your on the opposite end of the mistake they will not reverse the fee. I paid off an $8000.00 and they still charged me a late fee. Use someone else. You won’t have to go through the WF issues and frustration.

      Dont bother to try and call the branch they won't answer even though everytime you walk in there there is like 9 people sitting at there desk doing. nothing but watching you walk in so they can greet you .. which is all there good for in customer service .. I had fraud on my account. and was treated like I did something wrong the guy who helped me was totally rude. as a merchant it is horible to bank there. they will make you stand there while they call the entire line next to you before they call yours .. it's happens toy many times for me to count ... DO NOT BANK HERE

      The notary here says they aren't allowed to notarize anything but wells fargo documents. Where as the branch near my work says that's wrong I just need to be a wells customer my home branch would rather spend the time telling me no and arguing with me than notarizing one signature

      I needed to speak with a banker to get a replacement card and the first thing the moron branch manager asks as he escorts me to the banker is if I need a spanish speaker. Talk about racial profiling... I don't even speak spanish.
