  I love this place. I belonged to this since it was Teacher’s Credit Union! Several members of our family have been members of this credit union for years also & some of the younger ones are joining now because we tell them. I’ll continue to stay here!

  ATM is sketchy here. Never had a problem before with other ATMs in my credit union's network, but this one stole my money and didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for one. Now I have to wait 7 business days for my claim to process.

  Kaylee, we sincerely apologize that you had this issue while depositing cash at the ATM. This is understandably very frustrating and not what we want our Members to experience. Our team has been made aware and is working on the ATM to ensure this doesn't happen again.

  Destiny terrible customer service. Lines is ridiculously long with all the employees here they're slow. Refused to help me! I would hate to have this location as a home bank traveling from out of town.

  I’ve been there twice in the last week and each staff member I’ve encountered is kind and professional. I showed up 10 minutes to closing to open an account and they didn’t mind helping me and staying past closing time with a smile on their face the entire time. Wonderful customer service!!

  Slow service. Both times I came in to this new store one of the tellers wasted my time. It shouldn't take 30 minutes just to deposit a check. And it shouldn't take 30 minutes just to verify a check that's already been verified.
