sean ference1On average it takes at least 18 minutes for the drive thru. It's a Friday (busiest day) and they have one person working drive thru. Time for a new manager because this is by far the worst Wells Fargo.

Bob Watts1Worst business banking experience ever. Eight weeks and they are still unable to get me on as a signer on a business account. I've spent over 4.5 hours over the last 8 weeks at the branch for a volunteer organization where I was recently elected treasurer. Every time I come in I'm told a different story, every time I do what they ask and provide what they need they tell me it's not right. Today nobody at the branch is answering the phone. I'm done. Unfortunately I have to get approval from our leadership to change banks. I also will not have access to legacy statement information. I'm not sure if there is a problem throughout Wells Fargo or just this branch.

Chris Orozco1Your ATM took approximately $2,500 of money orders from me, shut down before registering the deposit, and never gave them back. Cannot reach anyone by phone at this local brach. A cycle of endless holds, ringing and phone trees that eventually funnel you back out to the National Call Center. Total joke. Even worse was this same ATM stole about $100 a couple years prior, but that at least was resolved.

Chris5Best service ever! I had an opportunity to speak to Banker Alex and establish my business account. I was also introduced to Jon Banker who was super helpful and knowledgeable about my investing options. Chis the Manager was so pleasant to speak to and made me feel that they all truly cared for me. I moved everything from Bank of America because they are horrible. Reviewers that stated need more Tellers, try going into a Bank of America on a busy Friday and see only 1 Teller and no drive thru open and the complain about not having enough Tellers. Not even close. Wells Fargo extremely satisfied customer.

Tom Williams1Worst service I have ever received. They never resolve any problems. I have an ongoing claim for over 10 days with an atm transaction. They were going to resolve it in 2 days and yet it's still not fixed

June Salazar2I went to the branch for my auto loan payment.. but it took me days to check that the cashier made a mistake. She posted my cash payment to my credit card instead of my auto loan. Smh. I'm glad I'm a month advance payment otherwise I will be charge for late payment fee .

Michael Forsburg5I love this bank. They discover fraudulent use on my credit card and stopped it cold. They informed me and I verified it. My credit card stopped working for me then I found out I had hit some limits that( I )set. Good thing I kept my cool. Can't blame the bank for that one. I've been a member since it was 1st Union Bank 30 years ago. Keep up the good work. Thank you.//

Jamie Hasson5Wow, sounds like a bunch of fabricated negative reviews here. I switch to this bank because of the service I received making deposits for my boss. Anyway, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile, usually short lines and additional tellers added when lines get longer , fast transactions at the teller line. Thumbs up to Alex for making my personal banking experience easy and quick.

Michael Conwayy1Wells Fargo is a TERRIBLE bank to go with. I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks for my card to to be delivered. Yesterday ( 07/29/2019) the lady said she will Expedite my card through FedEx and She told me to call back if I didn’t receive a tracking number. Today ( 07/30/2019 ) I called back this morning and found out that the lady lied about shipping my card through FedEx. This is not a bank you want to go with terrible service and terrible employees. Don’t give them your money or time.

shweta singh1In terms of security, it is zero!!!! If you want your money to get stolen by fraudulent activities, then you are most welcome to open an account here. The worst thing is that they don’t pay attention and want proof from you why your account is being stolen. Their investigation section is annoying! It is frustrating that you have an account for several years and you get an overdraft charge for an unauthorized transactions!!!! One of my wise decisions is closing my business and all accounts with this bank! I feel really sorry for having accounts with this cheap bank! I wish I could rate wells forgo even minus 0!!!!!!!!
