  Per my experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND using Ka$htax services. My experience is as follows: * preparer was responsive only when issues were beneficial to her percentage of tax return or some form of payment * did not fully support issues as a result of tax preparations (audits based on her filings, outstanding tax filing ) * dissmissal of services when issues became unbeneficial or time consuming for her. Currently filing complaint with IRS and BBB. Your experience may differ?

  Hi Johnann, Were very sorry for your frustration. While majority of tax filing goes without issues when Audits are performed the results may vary depending on the IRS findings. Overall providing the tax preparation and customer service before during and after is what we can control. We have made revisions based on your feedback Please note that an IRS Audit result vary upon IRS discretion, the results aren't predictable nor can we guarantee favorable results to the Internal Revenue Service determinations. Sorry to hear that you would like to escalate something out of our hands, please consider this as we would like to keep you as a client in the future

  My experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. It was super easy and painless process and couldn’t ask for more. Clarita was the one who walked me through everything and took care of me and my family. She was great. Very informative and easy to speak too. Definitely 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you guys !

  One of the girls that are employed there named Shy Prepared both my 2017+2018 taxes she has gone out of her way to make me happy without me telling her to do so . She has made sure I've gotten my MAX amount and made sure everything was accurate before sending . I highly recommend Shy as your tax preparer you will not have no problems 😊😊

  I went here for the first time this year based on a friends recommendation, I was told over messages that my taxes would be $299 to file with them and I was happy with that as I thought u was spending too much in the previous years to file, I went in to file met with Vela who seemed nice at first, she was having a hard time doing my taxes and had to keep calling her boss for help, when the boss showed up she was nice and helped her finish my filing, but then when almost finished their system crashed and lost everything so she had to start all over again. I was here for about 2 hours to file my taxes and during that time never once was I told that my taxes would actually cost $599 not $299 to file I even specifically talked to the girl about how I felt the $550 I was paying every year was too much and she agreed, so why would they not disclose this info to me that the filing price was more ?? But wait there’s more upon waiting for return I tried to look up my refund on IRS site but it was saying I had wrong info so I looked through the forks and realized they didn’t charge me $599 NO they charged me $807 to file my taxes !! Since the I have called and was talked to disrespectfully by Vela, she told me the owner would contact me never once have I heard from anyone in weeks and now I am blocked in Velas messenger and the phone ! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As a small business owner any wrongs in my business I always make them right and this business has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don’t want to see anyone else be scammed like I was. Still hoping the owner will reach out and try to correct this but at this point I’ve done everything I can to handle this properly, I don’t like to leave negative energy with fellow small business’ but I feel this is my last option since I’ve been blocked and ignored over an issue that should be corrected.

  These people dropped the ball in a major way during time of crisis. They didn’t file my taxes correctly, it’s not in the system. One of their employees asked for my social and other personal info on her personal phone and email and texted me at 12am!! She was very condescending and blocked me when I told her that she needs to connect me with her manager ASAP. Ive been waiting over a week for a manager to reach out to me but each time I call no answer. When I go to the office no one is there. Reporting to the IRS immediately. At this point I’m afraid of the mishandling of my personal information. They could’ve just reached out and told me to refile with someone else.

  Great place and very knowledgeable. I always prepared my own taxes for free but this year I took a chance with. Friends referral and had Kash Tax prepare my return. I was more than j Happy with my return and got back twice as much compared to what I had calculated. Thank you Kashla and Shaine.
