  I recently bought my first home and feel incredibly fortunate to have had Waterstone’s Mary McBride as my mortgage broker. It was a private sale, and I needed a lot of hand holding. She was always there with answers to my questions and to offer creative solutions when things got hairy due to a bad inspection. Her intelligence, patience and knowledge of the process were invaluable. Mary and her team are simply the best!

  Mary Catherine McBride at Waterstone Mortgage has exceptional work ethic. Unfortunately we had some unforeseen issues with the first realtor we chose. Mary Catherine McBride worked with us and was very patient with us through the change to another realtor. Mary Catherine McBride was always straightforward and answered our questions and concerns regarding; loans, Association approvals interest rates etc. she was prompt at getting back to us and with very specific details.   Mary was such a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers we had several questions, she was always very responsive, professional, and informative.   The most professional mortgage team I have ever worked with! Excellent communication throughout the entire process, and most importantly, THEY DELIVER! If Seth tells you he can do it, it will be done, and it will be done on time. And their rates are fabulous! I always recommend Seth to all my clients (I am a realtor) and I use his services myself for my personal loan needs.

  This was an absolute nightmare. The lack of communication and people that sit behind a computer and won't pick up the phone was the level of customer service we received. It was the worst I've ever seen. As a business owner myself I've never seen such a dysfunctional organization. Our closing got pushed back due to the lack of communication on the mortgage broker and their team. We kept being led on to believe we were approved but just kept demanding more stuff. I'll never use them again. I would steer clear and go elsewhere as my experience was enough to make me never want to use a mortgage company again. They lost. Out on a long term client due to their poor lack of communication and also they didn't even understand some basic items on title. You deserve to work with someone who will committed along the way and who has your best interest. This company will treat you like a number and your just another transaction to them to collect their money.

  Mary McBride is the best! You will not find a more knowledgeable, or harder working lender. She will take time to answer all questions. And will communicate in various ways back to you whenever needed. She made this somethings difficult process very simple and I am grateful for her service. So if you are looking for a true professional who will treat you with respect and kindness use Mary and Waterstone!!

  Excellent service from Seth and his team . They were attentive to my needs and helped me get through the loan process seamlessly . They were professional, polite, well-informed, and they are clearly experts at their tasks so you are going to be in good hands with them . I will go through them for all my loan needs going forward

  Wow, I don't know what to say but Wow! I worked with Mary Catherine McBride as she was referred by me amazing Realtor Phil Rizzo. She was more than what I expected. She was so easy to communicate with and returned calls promptly. She offered a wonderfully low rate as the market would allow. Mary kept me abreast of the loan process along the way and informed me of the documents I needed to provide to satisfy their needs. I cannot thank Mary enough, and would highly suggest you contact Waterstone, and specifically Mary Catherine McBride...a true professional!!!

  Working with Mary and Waterstone Mortgage from the initial phone call requesting help to obtain loan pre-approval all the way to closing on a new place was seamless and a pleasure.
