Gillian Westcott2Came in looking to make a checking and savings an hour before they closed. They treated me like I was very difficult for being like… can you please try? I was told it was a long process and not possible. I went online to make an appointment and within three minutes I had an open, active account and was able to go into a different branch and fund it. Literally, three minutes. I don’t understand why they didn’t mention that I could make an account anytime from my phone without them. Also this proves that they could have made time but were exaggerating the amount of work it takes for no reason. Which is wild to me, because letting me know I can do it from my phone by myself cost them nothing, and I would have been very grateful to hear that. Just weird.

Stephen Kregg1Worst bank by far. Unless you can wait 7 days for your money I wouldn’t bank here.Almost always they will put a hold on any mobile deposit you make. Customer service will constantly lie to you. If you go to the branch at 18 Main St in Hartford, CT you will wait an hour just to have one window open to an untrained banker. Wells Fargo is a joke and I am ashamed I ever banked there!!

Janice Vidro1The office is closed doors and locked so you have to do everything through drive thru! Which isn't long enough or organized for the amount of peopld. Because of this I have been waiting inline for 30. Only to discover I was in the ATM line. So now i am waiting for another 30 minutes. Oh and no one will answer their phones inside. The worse possible experience through COVID.

Christopher Smith2Tried to cash a check that was drawn off the bank. Wanted to charge me 7.50 because I didn't have an account. The teller was giving me a hard time because the check stated for deposit only. She had to speak with her teller supervisor for approval. They already get enough money from all these overdrafts from the big banking corporation yet they are greedy and want more. I'm all set. I will deposit my check and wait for it to clear next day. No thanks!

Carole P1There is hardly ever a time the lines are short! 90% of the time the lines are long and slow to service. The customer service representatives in their offices are also always busy and slow as well. The ATM at this location is out of service most of the time. Forget trying to reach this local branch by phone. Shopping for another bank now, Had enough of this poor service.

Makes them wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a simple transaction when their atm is down with no updates or anything....and three people were behind the counter standing around just watching. Take your money somewhere else. This branch is a joke

The Maynard’s1Not going to put too much details will just call customer care and corporate again like last time but I don’t appreciate this branch or their tellers they always have an attitude they never seem happy and they never greet you correctly my teller was Heather today she did not seem to be happy to have a customer before closing I don’t make the hours I just go and buy them every time I go to this bank they seem to have an issue when I don’t want to deposit money into my account or when I’m with drawling money out of my account the pressure of that is very annoying I’d like to do what the transaction is it not be asked why this or why that this bank has also a few months ago made a crucial mistake that could have ruined a lot of things for me once they realize they made the mistake after taking it as a joke and laughing no apologies were ever given no phone calls were ever made I had to do everything on my end very dissatisfied with this branch especially in industry and a corporation where customer service is a must and leader ship is a given should be guided correctly with the right tools and coaching to ensure the satisfaction of every customer I can see I’m not the only one as they’re rated 3.3 this branch could do a lot better by just fixing little things little things go far way in this world hope I have a better experience if I ever decide to step foot in there again

learn More5I drove all the way from Massachusetts to solve some problems. My banker, Alejandrina King, helped me so much and I forgot to make an appointment with them but they still help me solve my difficult problems. Even after 5, they still try to help me solve all the problems.
