  I completed a refinance with Joseph and his team recently. I was preparing for a very stressful process. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Joseph was so helpful and patient throughout the process, making sure all of my questions were answered. He was very personable as well which I appreciate when going through something like this. Instead of feeling unsure about the steps I was taking he made me feel secure and confident.

  Joseph and the crew at Guaranteed Rate were excellent to deal with. We have done plenty of mortgages and refi’s over our life and any broker can get it done. The difference here was the attentiveness and personal connection which made the process seamless and efficient all while having a friend to talk to about it along the way!   Worked hard, crunched the numbers time and time again until he found the perfect match for me. Constant communication the whole way through. Quick to close. Oh and he lives to work for the small guy, he is willing to take on loans and customers the big guys wouldn't want to "waste" their time on. Apply with more than one, but in the end you will end up right back here. So save time and money, start here first.

  The usually overwhelming process of refinancing a home was debunked easily by Joseph Weiss at Guaranteed Rate. The process was simple and he was always there to answer any questions I had. Through Joseph I was available to slash my interest rate nearly in half, switch from a 30 to 20 year, eliminate PMI, and have a lower monthly payment! I could not be more pleased with the results, thank you Joseph!!
