      Have used this branch previously, with no issue. I went in today to get a document notarized. I really needed to get this done & overnighted. I was told the managers were busy, which I could see. I told them I could come back or wait. She asked me to wait while she checked to see how long it would be. Another teller came & told me I needed to go online & make an appointment. What??? They didn't even ask if I was a customer. I am & have been for several years, with 3 accounts. I might not be very much longer with customer service like this. I definitely will not go to this branch again.

      Terrible, can't even get my debit card after setting up account. They mailed pin but nothing for card. Now 3 weeks have gone by... Almost impossible to talk to someone to get it fixed, an only one person in store to help. Useless bank, will be pulling money out tomorrow morning an closing account. I highly recommend NOT using this bank!!

      Went here with my boyfriend so he could set up an account. The guy we talked to not only lied to him but also over charged him for one overdraft. He lied and said if he paid the overdraft he would be able to open an account. He was denied when he tried to open an account. Wells Fargo wouldn't allow it. He also said they he couldn't leave without paying the overdraft because no bank would let him open an account. We found out from Bank of America that he had lied to us. His account was hacked and overdrafted $180 a couple years ago and it was never taken care of. This guy made him pay $406 to Wells Fargo for one overdraft of $180. He was rude, unhelpful, he lied, and over charged us. Completely took advantage of my boyfriend who has severe anxiety and PTSD, so he has a really hard time talking to people. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. And what's really messed up is, we have to find a place to live by April 1st and now we're out $400.

      I was unable to get help to make a payment on wifes CC. What I did get was a bank agent that was redundant in explaining that she couldn't release information about my wifes account. I wasn't asking for information she just couldn't wrap her head around that and just keep repeating herself. I got up and left and will go to a branch in Punta Gorda where the bank employees aren't robots. Been using this bank since 1984. I think its time re-evaluate my decision. Only went to this branch because the branches in Punta Gorda are closed Saturdays. Nothing will ever get me in the Port Charlotte branch again.
