Stephanie5I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews! My experience was pleasant. The employees at this branch were nothing but helpful and accommodating. Of course they were busy and there was a wait but anyone with some basic patience should be able to wait without any issue. I would like to thank associate Mason for assisting me with all of my requests this morning!

Dwayne Riley1Don't say your open and then not answer your phones all day. Customer service for BOA has declined over the years being a larger bank they don't care about you or your problems. Try another bank everyone.... BTW good luck finding one of these tho to get your finances out to even change banks but still

John Surkan1Recently I have had more than one horrible experience with the staff at this branch and equally poor service with thier credit card department. They are a bunch of disrepectfull people. the credit Card people send you to the bank and the bank sends you back after wasting 2 hours of my time talking to the credit card idiots on the speaker phone without solving anything and them sent me back online without solving anything. The Online people send me a form letter which solved nothing. I answered it and they do not accept email responses, I called them and they told me to go back to the Branch . After waiting a long time to talk to the rep I spoke to before I asked the to talke the letter frome me and sign for it. The door staff refused and said if they took it they would mail it back to me. It was my credit cards and I wanted to cancell them . So I threw the envelope and them Yelled go to hell and left. I tried to call the previous repa I spoke to and they werre not accepteing phone calls after 9am. Tane your money out of this pce and canel your credit cards. there is lots more I could say. Donna Kennedy1Terrible!!! My husband went in there with money orders from our tenant and said the woman who handled the transaction was nasty, rude and disrespectful. I went online to do some banking and saw our account was debited for $225.00. We contacted the bank and they said there was some issue with the names on three of the money orders, said some were in my husband's name and some were in the business name, and were going to send them back. They were always made out to the business and we had this account with Bank of America for 10 years. Then Bank of America gave us a number to call and when I called the woman on the phone said the bank never received the money orders. We are now out $225.00 and are told we need our tenants to send new ones. Where are those money orders that the bank says they are sending back and now say they never received them nor can get access to them. And if there was an issue why was it not resolved at the teller window, we didn't find out about it until I looked online at our account. He went to the bank to have the cameras reviewed for that day and the manager there is having the matter investigated and said that woman should not have handled that particular transaction. We also had an issue one time with a line of credit, it took Bank of America six months to approve. We went to another local bank and was approved in 3 days. We closed most of our accounts and now go to that local bank. As soon as Bank of America resolves the issue with our money orders we are closing this account. This bank sucks!!!

Amber McGuire1I was here a little bit ago. I have had nothing but long lines and extreme wait times. The cars lined up sometimes wrap around the building and it takes about 40 minutes to reach the window. I went inside thinking it would be a little better and less crowded. I stood in line for 30 + minutes. There was teller and whenever I come here there is never more than one. I have been to other BOA branches this one is one of the worsts.

Denise Ry1Horrible customer service!! Had a line of 12 people waiting and only ONE bank teller. I was number 7 in line I left after 8 minutes because the teller was still waiting on the first one in line. Need more help.

Jamie Hill1Bank of America is a horrible place. They are rude, no not try to help ( seem to look for ways to say no), take 30 min to make a deposit because the teller wants to talk to fellow co-workers and truly seem unfriendly in ALL aspects. I'd trust the government with my money before trusting Bank of America!!
