Dorian Gould1The worst location. They should just shut the facilities down. The staff is poorly trained. They talked to their customers any kind of way. There is not one time I’ve gone into the bank and they have not made an error. This branch is the reason I would never bank with Wells Fargo again.

Ward Sontag1Tried to set up an account two different times. First time, they refused to see me without an appointment even though it was empty and most of the workers were just sitting around. I was a bit upset at that but I understand how not having an appointment was an issue. Now the second time, I booked an appointment online with this exact location 6 days in advance. I went in at the scheduled time (1:30, and they were ten minutes late getting to me). The lady said I wasn't on her list of times for appointments and wouldn't allow me to speak with a banker because she had filled my spot even though I had the confirmation email for the appointment and all the materials to open up an account right there. Frustrated with this, I called the bank a couple days later to get the contact info for the area manager, to which the branch manager refused to give me the area managers name and contact information. I would not recommend this bank, as it is an outlier in the network of well-run banks of Wells Fargo, and their customer service is awful. After three bad experiences with this bank, I now have to resort to a bank in Burleson, all because of their customer service.

Jay Smith1Getting. Ready to close all my accounts solely due to the lack of customer support at the Cleburne location. No customers in the bank other than my daughter and I won’t take ten minutes to open an additional account for me to put her on told me to come back Monday sorry but she is in school and I work .. bottom line is you can’t service your customers on their time then you shouldn’t be a choice to bank at .... if it was crowded or people were busy I would understand but one banker was on his computer on Facebook again no customers were there

Leeann Green1Only go to this bank if you plan on waiting for a eternity for anything. They are always so slow when helping people in the drive thru. Leave you waiting 20 mins with 0 vehicles moving In any lanes. When asked what was wrong they said oh it was busy. Yet to be busy you have to help customers not leave everyone waiting with no help. Should've taken a 20 minute video to post with it so maybe they would see the customers are never being helped. Then we you finally get to window better make sure you check it before driving off other wise you'll end up with the wrong money. They always mess up and give the wrong bills. This bank in Cleburne is a total disappointment. Had to give 1 star just to post this. They deserve no stars.

V R1A staff at this branch was extremely unprofessional. Rude to the customer when all the customer wanted to do was to find an explanation of what the situation was. Never explained to the customer the reason why the bank couldn’t accept a check he was trying to deposit. She would just say in a bad tone, “Am not taking your check! You have to go and tell that person to write you another check!”. This was an older man. I found this very disrespectful. She didn’t communicate the situation to the customer and behaved very unprofessional. That’s too bad a well know bank hires people like her. She deserves the worst employee and worst customer service award of the year👏🏼. Ohhh and by the way I think she was the manager. She should probably get some psychological help before dealing with customer. I can’t imagine what her coworkers have to deal with. I petty her. Not smart for her position.
