  Monty Dobbins is by far the greatest. Late night phone calls to level out our worried minds, making sure we fully understood every step. Super friendly and professional! Kelley Avirett was super nice and was on top of everything, and was there to help guide us along the way with Monty. Mandi Wilson was thrown into the mix as well! She was just as great!! I want to thank Service First, for the opportunity to work with them! Couldn't have asked for a better lender!!!

  Stephanie was with me from the beginning of my new house buying journey. She was there for me to answer every question, and I had lots..lol. But still she was there and on top of it.   Mandi is amazing! She was our loan officer for our first home purchase and was the one to reach out to my husband and I and ask if we were interested in refinancing. We had been in our home less than a year so we would have never thought to refinance on our own so soon. She got our rate down 2% and saved us over $230 on our monthly payments! She was always quick to respond and answer my many questions I had concerning our first time purchasing as well as this recent refinance.

Stephanie and all of her team are very very knowledgeable about all the steps when buying a house. They work so hard to get the house of your dreams. I closed on 9/10/2020 thanks to Stephanie.   This was our first home purchase and Carl was referred to us by our Agent. Carl and his team were knowledgeable and explained the process in detail (he sent several videos that covered information thoroughly and took time to answer all our questions).
