      I came in to add my husband to my new account and Adriana Reynaga is who we dealt with. She was extremely rude to both of us. She made us both feel as if we COMPLETELY INCONVENIENCED her. I hope someone above her sees this and can let her know that her arrogant and rude disposition made a very negative impact on 2 new customers who now wish we had taken our business elsewhere.

      Unless you love getting your account hacked and the bank never giving your money back even after the fraud detection center said they would refund the money, don't use this bank. They also overdrafted the account by sending a paper statement that costs 5 dollars, which in turn charges a 4 dollar over draft fee. For one, we are NOT signed up for paper statements. Second, if the money from fraud detection had been returned (even though its been well over a month) the account would not have been overdrafed! This is the absolute worst bank we have ever used. They take the title "professional scam artists" to a whole new level!

      Update: I did want to mention that both the lady we worked with on our loan and the regional President contacted me to apologize for the service we received. I do think that was very professional of them to do and really appreciated the call. I am changing my rating to a 3 star for that reason. I recommend looking at other banks first. The process here was very unorganized and terrible communication throughout the entire process. Never made it clear what info she needed and then we would send info and she would come back and tell us that isn't what she wanted and would go back and forth. It was taking us months to get our building loan ready to go and were getting nowhere. The person we worked with was very rude and after that, we moved to Worthington Bank and had them pay off our land loan with Pinnacle and got everything approved, all paperwork completed and closed on the building loan all within 2 1/2 weeks! And they are much more pleasant to work with. Should have done that originally!

      Had a very good experience starting out but we run a business with no line of credit so some of our accounts run very dry but money is always coming and going. We were told by one of the bankers when we started banking there a few years ago that anytime the account goes under, we can make a deposit in the ATM before 9 PM and it saves the fee. This was our experience from day one. All the sudden there is a fee incurred when we made the deposit in plenty of time and they tried to say that the fee incurs right away. You can't save the overdraft fee after your account goes under. This has NEVER played out this way. One account we still have open with them was under the same day and we deposited money to save the fee and there was no NSF fee charged. Either somebody is lying to us or there is no predictable way they do it. BUT we were told when we started banking there that deposits before 9 PM saves the fee and that's been the case all the time till this one time. The bankers were not helpful at all or pleasant to deal with when we were trying to figure this out. We are at First Financial now and having a way more pleasant experience. And the staff is 10x more informative and helpful.

      I've been banking at this location for years. Friendly, professional employees and small town bank at it's finest. Treat you like family whether you are their largest account or their smallest.
