      With all the money Wells Fargo saved by closing the branch office you would think they could afford to place an ATM location on the west side of town.

      Though I no longer use their banking services dues to logistics. If I lived in Mason City they would be my go to bank. The customer service was always warm and friendly, not sterile but professional. Their online banking portal were very easy to set up and came in handy being I lived so far from this branch. Overall 5 star service and I highly recommend.

      I want to say thank you to Mary Hackman from Wells Fargo! She helped me out with a very difficult home loan issue with the VA! She did this just because she wanted to make sure I was taken care of with my home! It took a lot of time and patience on her part and I am eternally grateful! Mary has forever earned my business.
