  They have made me feel comfortable while I was there. Going back to get a trail blazer this week. Feeling pretty happy about our experience. Everyone there is really nice and helpful.

  This initially would have been a 4-5 star review based on our first interaction here buying a vehicle, but after my last phone conversation with Danny, I am very unhappy. We bought a vehicle from them and just finished paying it off. The vehicle was in my mothers name but she gave them specific instructions with her last payment to please mail the title to me (as I have the vehicle). Danny was incredibly rude to me on the phone telling me he wont be doing anything I say and went on and on about how I was wrong and he wouldn't help me because he didn't do business with me (even though we had met and I was there when we purchased the car). Sad, because we'd had nothing but positive experiences interacting with Lori in the office.

  With all due respects to Erin Palmer, Erin did not talk to Danny she talked to me, Steve Schukei. Erin Palmer was not a party to the transaction between my company and Melissa Tekippe. I told Erin Palmer that we will mail the title to an address provided to us by our customer not her. IMHO Ms Palmer is confused between me being rude and Ms. Palmer getting what she is not entitled to get.

  CAUTION: the owner Steve is very narcissistic and rude if you are a customer and genuinely have a concern. He’s only nice before the sale!!!!!!!! They only report your car payments to one credit agency(exquifax), which means that if you want to get a loan or credit card, and that company runs your trans union credit report, they won’t see that you’ve been making your car payments on time and it won’t help your other credit scores. When I brought this issue to him, he stated “ well I’m sorry I’m not running my business the way you want me to.” And hung up the phone on me. They prey on the people trying to better their credits with false information and lies. And if you try to get something resolved that he deems not a big deal, he’ll just hang up on you With snide remarks. Do not get a car from these people if you can help it. It will not help raise all your credit scores and the owner Steve will appear nice until you have a genuine concern, then the devil comes out of him.

  Well over a year ago, I was looking for a car. They got me into a car quickly and they even hold the car a few days for me so I could get my paycheck. Went there a 6 months ago due to having problems with the battery. Well they told me they have to check it and then swap it out. I also had an appointment to go to. Went a jumped start it and then the owner was like it's the battery we will get you a new one before your appointment. Which they did. The only reason why I didnt give them a 5 stars is because of any financial. You have to call credit acceptance instead of the dealer.

  Beware buying anything used from this place! I am paying over 6 grand for a truck I can barley drive. They will take advantage of your situation, and make it worse for you. When i bought the truck the window would not roll up, and the door/ window switches were broke. Had them put it in the contract to fix that stuff, and six months later I have just fixed it myself. Told them I smell anti freeze when i drive and was ignored. Just found out its leaking and i need head and valve cover replacements. A cool 1000$ fix. It is an older truck, but they refuse to take any responsibility for their product. These problems were here , and I should have had a mechanic look it over first. I dident and now I'm paying the price. Please read this before u buy, and PLEASE get your car checked out before you buy!! Your wallet will thank you.

  Danny was able to get me approved and in to the perfect car. His ability to get this done timely and efficiently was uncanny. I would recommend 1st Credit to any of my family and friends!

  RUDE--WOMAN SALES...(Was to have the man herlping her) She SOLD G.daughter a car w/ bad front end...if broke she could have been killed....now she has no $$ to fix it...a college student! Was told they check everything...LYERS!! TOLD SALESPERSON--(WOMAN) HAD TO BE A GOOD CAR MECHANICLY TO YOUNG GIRL TO DRIVE AWAY TO COLLEGE!! S.P LIED AND THEY WENT THRU EVERYTHING!! If could give 0 stars...sure would...if g.d. ever gets hurt I will SUE!!

  Great for people with little or no credit. They will work with you to establish credit. Good variety of vehicles to choose from. Something for every budget.

  Scott and Tim go out of their way to get you into a vehicle you want, at a price you can afford! The follow up help is awesome!

  Way overpriced! The office is dirty and dingy. Poor follow up. Would not recommend buying a car from them.
