Russell Lotan1Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had I came in to make a deposit and get a direct deposit form for a new job on 7/23/20 the bank had one other customer I made my deposit and was told to would have to make an appointment to get this letter. This was at 11:30 am they did not have the time to see me until 2:30 pm remember only one other customer in this branch. Upon returning at 2:30 pm 3 mouse clicks less than 1 minute my letter was ready. Jose clearly did not value me as a customer this could have be taken care of on my original visit instead of wasting my time. Currently look to digital banking now these kids do not value customers or there own jobs apparently

Thomas Buchanan1Been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Wrote a few checks to a friend, that doesn’t have a Wells Fargo account. He has 2 id’s. But they told him they were secondary id’s and wouldn’t cash the check. He has cashed checks at other Wells Fargo locations with no problems. I had to drop everything and drive down there so he could cash it. I talked with the manager and she told me it was there policy on cashing checks. She said he should probably open a account at Wells Fargo I guess it is a way for them to get more customers. So I am not a very happy customer.
