  The worst branch ever. Came in to get a temporary card replacement. While the bank was empty and the banker was free. The manager Maria completely refused to help me. Again the bank was empty and they had nothing important to do. I went up to the banker who’s sitting at his desk and playing with phone. He refused to help me too, saying he has an appointment in 15 minutes, while making a temporary card does take more than a few minutes... THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING WELLS FARGO!!!!

  I have been banking with Wells Fargo bank in last 21 years . I have multiple account and mortgages with Wells Fargo. It’s very disappointing to express such dissatisfaction to bank that I have been loyal for so many year . This branch has multiple individuals who are completely incompetent and really the problem is the culture that has been place by branch manager and operation manger who are very seldom at the location . in their absence , employees like assistant manager - Jesse - or assistant operation manger with very limited education and know how are running the branch. If you have account there move it to different beach like I did to be exact seven of my business and personal. You would better off in my opinion.

  Very rude and unprofessional. Specially Shayene so called supervisor. Went in to cash a reward check issued by Wells Fargo and I was going to be charged a fee because i did not have an account. Even though i had a credit card account. Another Wells Fargo scam to steal money from customers.

  This is my local bank. Just opened a business account and the process was easy. I like going here because it's not crowded.

  Don use this bank.. they charge me to cash a Chechen 3% ..I do have a credit card whit them I'm cancelling this card

  I only wish the merchant line was open more. Other than that... Great people.
