  Dennis has been a dependable resource for me in every stage of home ownership: from running preliminary numbers to see what was possible, to going through escrow, and beyond into home ownership when questions would pop up about my loan after I closed. He's provided sound, honest advice and careful explanation of numbers in a thorough and patient manner. He's been my loan officer through 2 homes; I trust his opinion and expertise in this arena. On top of that, he's incredibly organized and responsive, just a few email exchanges or phone calls with him and you can see for yourself.   Always the consummate professional who is on top of every last detail. Dennis is the broker you want to work with when dealing with the loan process. He came recommended to us when we purchased our first home, and we had such a pleasant experience the first time around that we immediately thought of him when we started looking for our next home. He answers every question and presents the information in a way that is palatable to a lay person. He is incredibly fast in responding to emails and gives frequent updates along the way. This second time around we had a quick, 21 day escrow, that had us worried whether we would be able to close in time, but Dennis ensured that every thing went smoothly and we closed on time.   My wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with DS Consulting since 2001. We first financed our townhouse in 2001 with DS Consulting as our mortgage broker. Subsequently, we refinanced four different times, in 2005, 2009, 2013, and 2016 to take advantage of lower interest rates. Dennis Sanchez (DS) now jokes that we are his annuity. Dennis Sanchez is the consummate professional in the mortgage brokerage business. Dennis has been with us through each step of our transactions: compiling the original estimates and quotes, finding the best lenders and rates available, and contacting relevant parties to complete the necessary paperwork.   As a realtor, Dennis is who I recommend to all of my clients. The first time we worked together was on a complicated transaction for a home that hadn't yet been completed. Dennis was always 10 steps ahead and although there were delays from the sellers, Dennis' proactive approach ensured we closed on time. Since then he has been my go.   Dennis Sanchez from DS Consulting was absolutely phenominal! Was there with us every step of the way and even after we moved into our Home, he will still be there to answer any concerns you may have. Not to mention, he gives great advice and has no problem guiding you to the right path. Dennis is professional and makes you feel comfortable. We have two small children so it made things a bit difficult on our end, but with Dennis being on top of everything, it made the loan process easy and not to mention understable. He made charts to give us approximate estimates of what our mortgage would be at different price ranges. He told us he would quote us high so that we wouldnt get surprises.....well i was surprised alright! Onced we finalzed the lending process, I came to find that our mortgage would be $102 cheaper!!! These days with rates being high, every penny counts. Dennis will help seek best lender for you. He is a man of great integrity. I am weary of many people. But when i first heard Dennis talk, I knew right away he was good. Dennis is not pushy. He will kindly remind you of any important matters that need attention. My husband and I were very pleased with him and will be recommending him to all our friends and family.

  In 2010 I purchased my first property and since then Dennis Sanchez of DS Consulting is the only person I call when it comes to real estate financing needs. My spouse had been a victim of identity theft and Dennis worked tirelessly to find a lender that understood our situation to obtain the loan. Since then I have called Dennis Sanchez for a cash out refinance, I've called him to get qualified for additional property purchases and I've just called him to get his opinion of the real estate and lending market.   Dennis has been our financial advisor for mortgage loans now for as long as I can remember. I trust him completely to do what is in our best interest even if it means that a loan will not be forthcoming. When a seller of a 6 unit building that we were purchasing decided to carry the loan, Dennis spent 2 hours on the phone with us walking us through negotiations with the seller to get the best terms for the loan...Dennis did this for us for no monatary return. Our morst recent loan was a reverse mortgage which was a smart financial decision for us and Dennis also helped our parents with a reverser mortgage which has helped them tremendously. He is honest, a rare commodity in lenders and I am thankful for his advice and help. Dennis is always our first call for a mortgage loan and we hghly recommend him for your mortgage loan needs as well.
