      I do not understand why this branch is so busy while other banks in the same area are slow. I understand the ones over the counter are people. I can see they are working hard to manage the loooong lineup. I don't complain because I chose this branch.

      It is well known American-Korean Bank. I love come to this branches because of security guy. This door keeper(he doesn't have a name card on him) is always warm welcoming to customers by opening a door or smiling, greeting. I think the bank should honor him with some benefits. He is a mascot for Hanmi Bank, not LA Dogera star Ryu.

      Horrible experience!!! I don't think a teller doesn't know anything at all. She've told me the incorrect information that I ended up coming back twice!! Her rude behavior and sarcastic speaking makes me not come back here ever!!

      Every time I go to Hanmi Bank's Buenna Park branch, I have a bad experience. This is a bank I really don't want to go back to. I went to make a Kakao debit card this afternoon, and the first employee who sat at the entrance was so unfriendly that I felt really bad. Before I could stop talking, I asked him to sit down with a blunt word, but when he gave me the card, he just handed it out without saying anything. I even posted dots on a yellow card... Oh, I feel really bad. This is the Hanmi Bupak branch that I don't want to go back to. The guards here seem to be the most friendly...
