  Had an appointment for 9:30 am, got there at precisely 9:25 and was told to wait, waited for over one hour to see a banker to simply open a savings account, ridiculous service.

  Great thing about this branch is they have 3 ATM's. 1 not working chances are other 2 work.

  If you can't answer your phone since your trash mobile app doesn't work to open an account.......I'll take my business elsewhere. Trash bank!!!!!!

  These guys managed to lose my check that I deposited on 6/12 , they then went into my account on 8/10 and stole my money from my account because they lost the check. A multi billion dollar corporation stealing from a poor person because of their mistakes , don’t ever use this branch for anything . I will find another bank there’s only a million of them.

  This was the worst experience of my life. The banker was screaming at me, she refused to help and giving me different options. Telling me there only one option to resolve an issue. When did we become a human robot.

  I have had a lot of issues with this bank. Every week when I get my check, I spend my money and make sure I don't overspend and some how or another these people draw money out of my account that's not even there. Their drawing money out that doesn't need drawn out. They have drawn as much as a $100 out of my accounts! Terrible bank. Will be taking my business else where. Thanks !

  Some of the petty, downright childish reviews here made me laugh so much. Here's a real review. It's just a bank like any other. You got the banker annoyingly, but pleasantly greeting people. The tellers are nice if youre doing a normal transation, but will always become suspicious of you if you're withdrawing a large amount of money and will ask for extra information and all that, as it should be. The only down side really is if you want to cash a check, the teller will make you go to a banker, who will then give you the run around and basically force you to get an account with the bank.

  The integrity of this bank is ridiculously low. From "accidentally" withdrawing mutiple payments on an auto draft, and refusing to refund the extra payment to opening up credit lines without permission or knowledge of the customer. We have switched to a credit union and have not had 1 issue what so ever! The only thing Wells Fargo is good for is robbing it's customers, take your business elsewhere!

  Came with my grand dad to help him get a cashiers check to this Wells Fargo on Hershberger. I told them he wanted a $3,500 check. the employee asked my grand dad how he wanted it. My grand dad looked at me and said "how did you say you wanted me to do it?" referring to a conversation we had before about him being able to make out a cashiers check. I told him it didn't matter. He replied "well how do you want me to do it? you want me to get out cash?" I told him its fine, get it how he wants. He said get the cashiers check. Then the employee (teller) insinuated that I was using my grand dad's money and thats where I get my money from. She asked me "Why don't you earn your own money"? I said "excuse me, My grand dad wants this money". She asked him "Sir, do you want this money or are you giving it to him"? He told her "If I was giving it to him what would it matter to you"? She didn't say anything else. I felt insulted she insinuated I was not a hard working person and that I was begging my grand dad for money. Thats not how a bank employee should treat their customers. As my grand dad said, Even if he gave me the $3,500 , which he did not, what would it matter to her?

  The hours of operation are not convenient at all. If I work from 8am to 5pm (like 80% of adults) how are your hours of 9am to 5pm convenient? THIS, along with quite a few other reasons, is why I refuse to do business with this banking institution.
