  People are rude, and overcharge. Had a friend come in and trade some games and a console in and I was just browsing around, everything was priced kinda high and my friend didn’t get anything for what she had, it was clean console great condition, had a good stack of Xbox one games, all great titles and didn’t give close to what she wanted, we tired another place across the street in the strip mall and gave $50 more then what they told her

As far as games and game consoles go, we try our best to keep our prices below the average pre-owned value at other gaming stores. In order to keep those prices lower than other gaming stores, our quotes need to reflect those prices.

  If you wanna feel like your shopping in a halfway house this is the place for you. I’d suggest not getting your finger prints on the merchandise in case the police show up looking for stolen goods. Also poor customer service?

  I have visited many gaming stores in Roanoke during my stay, and from what I saw this is simply the best one by far. It has some truly great prices for video games and the staff are quite helpful. If I was living in Roanoke instead of just visiting I definitely would have become a regular customer! Wish you guys all the best!

  ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ if somebody comes to your pawn shop wanting to sell you a 12 volt battery drill you should buy it from them they are great customers of ours but we don't have room on our shelves.

  Very frustrated with this store! Long time shopper, hundreds if not $$$ Thousands of dollars spent over the year. Never sold to them really, just bought from them. Went today. Picked up Dewalt tool, asked to try it out. It worked, decided to purchase it. Added two more items totalled up over $155.00 Went up to pay, kid left with the original tool(only $49.00 item by itself) Came back without it. Said, sorry this sold online and we forgot to take ot off the shelf! So its not available any more. Seriously?!?! I walked out. Leaving $155 bucks worth on the counter. Was seriously cinsidering a $1,300 bike outside as well, but they didnt even get that chance. Called after I left to complain. Vanessa didnt seem to care!!. Appologized, but that was it. Good luck dealing with them. They have lost a big local customer, for a customer out of state somewhere who will probably never buy from them again anyway. ****Edit**** now your just lying in your response. I didnt hang up mid conversation. Vanessa had several things to say. All excuses and no resolution for your mistake. Way to shift the blame and say you "tried to explain" but I hung up mid conversation. Thats not the way I remember the conversation going! True showing of who you are as a store and manager to shift the blame on me and lie on Google to cover your mistakes.

  We are sorry to hear that you felt this way today. We do sell on eBay, most of our products are listed and can sell throughout the day. We try to keep up with it the best we can but accidents do happen and we can run into situations like these. In situations like these, most of the time the only thing we can do is apologize. Our manager did try to explain these things to you and see if there was any kind of solution, but you hung up the phone mid-conversation.

  Very great people, helpful and super knowledgeable on anything you could have questions about. Even with the pandemic going on and them doing their jobs ontop of making sure everyone stays as safe as possible, they still go above and beyond to help the customer find what they need. Love this place and the employees that work there are awesome, honest people.

  I have absolutely never had a problem with any employee there, everyone has always been courteous and ready to help me buy or sell whatever I needed. They have a wide array of items from video games, music instruments, computers, TVs. All of the items I've purchased from them have been well taken care of and are in good working order, and anything I've ever sold to them I feel like I was given a good price for. I would definitely recommend stopping by to take a look.

  Great service. I wanted to buy a few games that I hadn't played in a while, but the place next door had stupidly expensive prices. Came over here by chance and they had the game I was looking for at less than half the price the other stores were asking. Got Mario Galaxy and Tony Hawks Pro Skater for N64 in great condition for a total of fifteen dollars. Pretty cool, huh?
