      Wait time longer than the doctors office. Only came in to have info changed on the account came in at 9:15am ... it's now an hour later. Pretty ridiculous to me , for a high reputable bank.

      Staff are very friendly and you get helped fast if you go indoors. Will say that the drive through ATM is very inconvenient. Every time I come to the ATM its intended to usually be a quick visit and I have to constantly wait in the teller/ ATM line or park and walk to the ATM which is in the Teller/ ATM drive through lane. Not convenient at all.

      I purchased Covid Masks in March and the merchant kept telling me they are on back order for a few months. In August I discovered the owner of the website was arrested for fraud and so I filed a claim with Navy Federal. Received this letter and the rep on the phone says if you don’t file a claim within 120 days you won’t receive help, even for fraudulent transactions. Way to go Navy Fed!

      Both locations near Centerville are listed on google maps...the one near Bulloch no longer exists...and the "branch" down 234 is an out of service ATM...thanks for wasting my time NF...glad served for your freedom to be mediocre....not.
