Alex Pullen1Wells Fargo is the absolute worst bank in Durango. They are a fraudulent company that does not care about you. They offered no PPP assistance during the pandemic, and overdraft me $1000's of dollars during the shutdown. Their bankers are incompetent bureaucrats. I will never enter that building again and for the duration of my life, encourage people to bank elsewhere.

Den Usa4We only used the teller services so we will only review this part of the bank. We were on vacation and this was a scheduled money refill point. Parking was good and service was decent. In respect to the other reviewers. While we were inside we heard a phone that rang and rang without being picked up. We visited September 20th, 2021.

Lucia Bueno-Valdez1We went in to open a new account. As we walked in there were about 5 bankers discussing a customer issue. We asked about opening an account and “Tomas” let us know that they only opened accounts on an appointment basis. It was only us and one other customer on the bank at the time. He also said here let me give you my card and gave us a card that said “Karina” on it. The WORST customer service!! Guess they don’t need our business.

Rick Harman1This bank was great up until a few months ago. I don’t know what’s happened but customer service has disappeared, and so have all the familiar faces I once knew here. What has happened to this branch???

Jonathan Bloedel5I went in for the first time to set-up a new account and was warmly greeted by Scott. While setting up my account, Karina was wonderful in helping me with everything and explained account details perfectly. It was an experience I won't soon forget and ill definitely be banking with Wells Fargo for a long time. Stephanie Evans1I have been a customer for over 10 years now and this is the first time I had to go in the bank because I had concerns about my accounts and recent activity on them. I made an appointment (after 3 days of trying to get ahold of someone), arrived on time and was left waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. When the Wells Fargo employee finally came out, he didn't even introduce himself. He was absolutely rude during our whole meeting and acting as if I was bothering him with my concerns. I was so upset when I left this meeting that I almost forgot to get his business card so that I know not to deal with him, anymore. I realize that Wells Fargo is a huge corporation and my money is small in comparison but the least I expect from my bank is customer service and support. I am currently shopping around for a different bank.

Sierra Stewart5Scott Hertz needs a raise. Wonderful man!!!!! Fantastic customer service. Even called to check on me when my card number got stolen. He’s soo funny and also professional. Wont want to work with any other banker then him!!!!!

Cindy Johnson-Kelly1No Customer skills in Pagosa Springs. Extremely defensive. Can't help customer of 20 years with Wells Fargo credit card or talk about a loan. Go home and call the 1-800 #. Sad when not appreciated as a CUSTOMER! So spent the day on the phone with invisible WELLS FARGO REPRESENTATIVE'S. Now if your a current customer go on-line and take care of your banking needs by yourself. No personal banking anymore, go on-line do it yourself! Wells Fargo can not be trusted, watch your money closely!!!!!
