  Recommend not opening an account with this branch / bank if you are planning on joining the military. They will refuse to sign the required direct deposit form, which you will need in order to get paid, at this branch location. They will tell you that you have to send the form off to their corporate headquarters and that it could take weeks to get back. There are other banks & credit unions in the area who will be happy to accommodate you.

  Katrina is a teller here and has ALWAYS been nothing but helpful, nice and patient! I love this branch because they are all very friendly and helpful and faster than the Pearland or Sagemont/Scarsdale (scary looking especially in the drive through with no Windows & replaced with big sheets of metal @ scaresdale branch- looks like you’re going to get robbed when you do a transaction through the drive through lanes) Anyways Friendswood branch is the way to go! They are fast and reliable! Thank you for enjoying your jobs and helping customers, bec as a customer, going to any bank is dreadful and tedious usually and I used to hate banking with BBVA. 💕Kelley Brumfield

  Everyone is nice but I didn't like that the Sign in Sheet to get help is worthless. First I was waiting a long time then they didn't check sign in sheet and helped the person that signed in AFTER me. Out of respect for other person I didn't say as anything, I just walked out because I got other things to do. I've been with this bank for over 15yrs, but I guess the service depends on what side of town your on.

  Slowest bank drive thru ever...every trip takes me a minimum of 40 minutes...wish the bank on Parkwood would reopen...those ladies knew how to hustle...

  The service is fine but they have the slowest drive thru service ever.
