  Michele's attention to detail and communication abilities are second to none. In 15 years of practicing real estate, I've never had a lender keep me as informed throughout the process as she consistently does. Those skills paired with her ability to meet the challenges and obstacles that can arise in the lending process provide you with absolutely sterling service. I've now experienced working with her as an agent and as a customer and would not think of sending my clients anywhere else!

  I have been working with John for almost 6 months now. John worked nonstop to get us the best deal out there and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. John was able to explain all of the things that I needed to do as well as going line by line through several documents to ensure I understood what was being done. I am very happy with the process.   Kelli was a breeze to work with. We refinanced our home and was able to drop our interest rate about 2% and Kelli was there every step of the way to answer any questions we might have and to make sure all the paperwork was in order before submitting. She's good people !!

  Very responsive to questions throughout the home buying process. Office hours don’t exist. No matter the day of night Michele was always eager to answer questions and update us through this process. Great communication, weekly updates, we felt completely involved and aware of the status of our new home.
