  Ask for Roger Obermiller. He will get you the best rate and provide excellent customer service. My wife and I started working with him back in late March early April. He got us pre-approved quickly and maintained accessible, transparent service until we finally closed on a home in late June. Mr. Roger is also connected to other members of your home buying team that you will need to close or that could benefit you being a home owner. This is another benefit because it makes closing an easier process.
