Sabrina1I came into open accounts and was not given the opportunity to explain the types of accounts I wanted. Instead the woman I had an appointment with after being 15 minutes late was only able to pull up the website and read from it. She couldn’t give recommendations if I told her the types of checking and savings I would be moving from. She interrupted the conversation approximately 15-20 times to tell me what she would not have time for that day and why. She told me I would have to come back another day to complete things. She continuously told me “I cannot speak for any other banks” if I explained the very basic type of accounts I had which I had with me. She had to call into someone to ask about the fees to tell me. She told me she did not know what a line of credit was with the excuse of she cannot speak for another bank. I came in with everything in hand to open accounts for my 4pm appointment and explained that it was very hard for me to get there that day and that it was a time sensitive matter. She originally told me she had until 5, but then told me at 4:45 she could not open anything for me and had to take another appointment. When I asked for her to at least repeat the names of the 2 accounts we discussed I would open, she told me “I cannot tell you what to do”. After completely wasting my time going in and coming out less knowledgeable than I was when I went in I decided to take my business elsewhere. Choose another branch. Don’t waste your time like I did.

dinakar a1Not a good experience with the personal bankers or with the telebanking. My account was closed by the automated system before the long weekend....salary didn't get deposited...Had $0 in my account going into the long weekend. I was still positive that the branch people would resolve it. Nope... I get different answers each time I visit the branch about the account and completely different answer from telephone banking guys. I could see many loopholes in the banking processes at Wells Fargo. Update: After repeated follow-ups and hours of time wasted, the bank concluded that the automated system is correct in closing the account even though a direct deposit was setup and deposit made 7 days before. What a bank !!

Father Joseph Gill1It was a cold day, wind-chill in the 20s, and I had been walking for a while on the sidewalk. I stepped inside the Ridgeway Shopping Center Wells Fargo for a minute to warm up before heading back outside. I had only been in there for maybe 15 seconds before an employee approached and asked if I needed help. I told him I just needed a moment to warm up before heading back outside. He said, "Sorry, you can't just hang out here," and told me to leave. I left, but I was so taken aback by this lack of common courtesy and basic human kindness. I will never do any banking at Wells Fargo if this is how their employees treat others.

Anand5Very good and friendly customer service. They really have a very high standard for customer service. The staffs address all your queries so patiently and politely. I started my Wells Fargo account in the LA office and this office maintains the same standard as that office wrt customer service and offerings.

Suzy Freda5We used Wells Fargo as our lender for our mortgage and had the pleasure of working with Michelangelo Manco. Throughout the process, Michelangelo was extremely helpful and attentive. He was very accommodating to our work schedules and met us after hours (more than once) to walk us through our options and answer our questions, and was always available by phone or email. The process of buying a house can be stressful but having Michelangelo in our corner made it a breeze! 10/10 would recommend.

Hannah1Horrible location & rude staff. Don’t waste your time and just go to the Bank of America on high ridge instead. The people who work here are miserable and it shows. I even witnessed one of the workers yell at a customer who tried parking there.

Nicole Soto1My husband and I went to open a bank account for our baby girl 15 minutes before closing but a banker told us we couldn’t open the bank account because she did not want to stay past closing to help us. We left and opened an account at citi bank instead.
