  Tim is the BEST Mortgage lender in CT! Being first home buyers, my husband and I knew nothing about the process besides everyone saying it was stressful! Tim was easy to work with, was super patient, VERY informative and detailed along the way. Yes a bit stressful, but working with Tim made things easier. Before working with Tim at Warshaw Capital, I was working with Well Fargo directly so Tim was my second and last option. I found the rates/numbers to be better than WF. In fact, rates were lower than expected. Tim worked really hard to make us happy and we appreciate that. The best part of my experience is the way Tim kept us informed during the process and if I didn't understand something, he would explain in details. So happy we got to work with Tim and his crew. Everything worked out just how we wanted. Thanks again Tim. You made our dreams come true.

  Amazing! When someone thinks of the home buying experience, they automatically think of all the things that can go wrong. Working with Tim had made this experience one to remember. The service provided was above and beyond what we expected. He was very attentive and resourceful and would answer our questions at any time.   Tim was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole mortgage process from start to finish. I didn’t even feel any anxiety or trepidation with purchasing my home because him and his team were right there to answer any calls and concerns any time. Displays all of the options that may be suitable to purchase your home. Would definitely work with him again!!!

  My mom and I were first time homebuyers, completely clueless about the process and Timothy was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about his job and explained and answered everything questions we had. Tim was so very patient with us and he did everything he could to make the process go by so smoothly.   Timothy was a referral from my friend who used him to buy her first home and he proved to be both professional and available to walk my husband and I through the financial expectations regarding the home buying and financing process. He answered our many questions and gave us information regarding what to expect next. He was always thorough and saw us through the whole process . He was even present at the table on the day of our signing. I held everyone else to a high standard because Timothy, our first contact with the house buying process came in with high standards. He is a definite referral for all who seek to buy their first home or refinance their existing home.

  If you need to buy a home, you seriously need to use Tim Johnson as your loan officer. His attention to detail and work ethic is truly something special. He got us pre-approved to go shopping in the same day that we reached out to him. And from offer accepted to closing day it only took 18 business days to close on our home!! Seriously? WOW! This guy is no joke. I didn't think closing early was even possible! He makes it easy, and was there to answer all of our questions along the way. Why is 6 stars not a thing.....

  Tim was my first point of contact at Warshaw Capital. He was awesome the entire time. As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly anxious throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, even when I emailed him at 10pm. He made sure to come to our closing to finally meet us in person and even brought us donuts. I would highly recommend asking for Tim.

  A-1 is my immediate thought when thinking about Timothy as a loan lender. I could not have asked for any one as professional and helpful as he.   Tim was incredible to work with during our house buying process. As a first timer, he made it easy. The process during Covid especially in the beginning, was in flux and Tim was responsive, thorough and super nice (even when I asked the same questions in different ways)!
