  Very happy with the way things went. Extremely impressed with customer service, and how responsive they are from start to finish. Buying a home is not the easiest process, so I really appreciate all the help along the way. I was guided from start to finish and knew the status of my loan through-out the entire process. Highly recommend anyone who is seeking a company who is always looking out for their customers and willing to help in any way they can.

  I have to say being in the business working with many banks and lenders my father chose to use Warshaw Capital and gave the best rate, had a quick turn around time, customer service was amazing and always responsive. They do put the customer first and help guide through the challenges of the mortgage process which is a huge relief since it is already stressful. They have managed to help eliminate that stress for a seamless process.

  I wasted my time talking to the big banks to refinance my mortgage , fast forward four years later. Two mortgages and one happy family. From start finish Max. Heather and Mike made this rather stressful time, and walk in the park. What separates Warshaw Capital from the pack is their 5 star service and them putting your needs before their own. I am HUGE on communications, and they nailed it. They updated my wife and I every step of the way. I loved the weekly reports the sent us on items needed to close. Also when they sent us our monthly marketplace report on our listed property " which was a bonus service". Most importantly, they stayed on top of us up until our closing date and after.I never leave reviews but this goes without being said. Bravo Warshaw and team, we will be back for house #3!

  Recently went through the process of a refi and the team at Warshaw Capital couldn’t have made it easier and more stress free. Communication was great and we were kept informed of all updates, everything moved quickly and we saved a lot on our mortgage payment. Highly recommend!

  Overall, I had a very positive experience with Warshaw. I was in a difficult situation when the first house I was going to purchase fell through due to deal breakers during inspection. I spent 2 months in temporary housing while juggling my children, distance learning and work. Tim Callow and Tanya Tarzia went above and beyond in expediting everything for the closing on the 2nd house I found and were able to get my family in before Christmas. Although there was a delay in getting the appraisal report completed and reviewed by the underwriter, I know this was beyond their control and appreciate the late nights they both worked to stay on top of everything. I am extremely pleased with Warshaw Capital and their staff who truly exceeded my expectations during this very stressful time.
