  Update (12-31-2020) went today to put cash in a business account at the drive thru window and the guy didn't even say hello or acknowledge us in any way. He just sent the receipt back without so much as "have a nice day). That was weird and unprofessional. Small, employee's lack knowledge of what the new policies are. No one seems friendly or happy when they help you, customer service needs a lot of work.

  The teller manager, Craig, came out and confronted me at my driver side window. He demeaned my intelligence regarding a deposit slip for cashing a check. Then he dismissed my presence by asking why I had an attitude and refused to provide service. SO unprofessional and inappropriate. The branch manager claimed the telecom was breaking up sounds and that's why he came outside but did not address Craig's flippant behavior.

  I want to give a big thank you to Mr. Haws! I came into his bank today to get some papers notarized. He even came out to our car to get my disabled husband's signature! Customer service that won't be forgotten!!

  Horrible customer service by a rude bank teller (name Taleana and I think her last name is Taye). She had a nasty attitude. Apparently she was annoyed and acted like a rude teen and making noises of disgust. She needs to learn some real customer service.

  Amazing customer service out of this bank! Sam is great! Every time I come in there to deal with somebody Sam gives me the best experience and makes banking fun!

  Worst customer service ever! Bank manager is terrible too! They will now lose mine and all of my family's busiess. Sam is a great guy though.

  I work at Wells Fargo in Snowflake so maybe I have a biased opinion, but I think that we fulfill our mission statement to "Help our customers succeed financially"
