James5My most recent experience with WaFd Bank prompted me to write a five-star review. My personal experience was way above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the problem solved efficiently, but the source of the problem was also explored, discovered, and will be rectified so that it will not occur again to me or anyone else. My account was transferred when Bank of America sold the Show Low branch to Washington Federal. Since then I have had some problems, misunderstandings, glitches, etc. Most were satisfactorily resolved by a single phone call. Two required a visit to the local branch. Overall, my experience was satisfactory as all the issues were addressed and solved to my satisfaction. Most were routine. The few that were not routine were handled beyond my expectations, such as my most recent experience. I was so happy with the solution that I asked the Branch Manager for the best place to post a review. I usually do not post reviews. I know that nothing is perfect, so I always contact the business for a solution. In this case, I made an exception for services above and beyond the call of duty. I read the WaFd (Washington Federal) reviews here on Fri 2021-12-03 and found that every poor review was given the opportunity to redress their grievances, but never bothered to post a follow-up. In my opinion, this invalidates many of the negative reviews as they may have been solved to the satisfaction of the person that posted the review. IN GOD WE TRUST

Paul Davis5We were in need of a small, additional, and simple checking account. We met with Samantha Richards and she helped us with service that was over and above what was expected. A couple of days later we met with Jeannette Wesson for some notary work and again the service was 100%+. If you are looking for a bank that will go above and beyond the expected service...don't go anywhere else...STOP HERE!!!!... 5 Stars are not enough.

Liz Law5I have banked at this location for the last 20 years. I have always been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. Pam and her staff always welcome me by name when I go in. They ask how I am and how they can help me. That puts a smile on my face even if I'm having a hard day. Even in this pandemic and all of the changes and craziness, it has never been a hassle when I need to run to the bank. So I give Pam and her Team A+ for the QUALITY SERVICE they continuously bestow on their customers.

Curtis Patterson5We’ve been banking there for 5 years and have NEVER had a negative experience with the staff, the policies or with any of our accounts there. They are extremely professional and go out of their way to help meet our needs and them some. I’m very grateful for each member of the staff. I know all of them by name from the newest staff members to the manager and they know me by name as well. They greet me as I walk through the door if they aren’t helping other customers at the time. It’s so refreshing to have a Bank that actually cares for your finances and treats you with such respect and dignity. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

Aaron Eszlinger1I scheduled a 330 appointment to open a new account. my girlfriend gave me permission to pull money from ATM with her card. The machine ate the card and was stuck. I sat there while employee was rude & tell ing me there's no card in the machine. I was only one at the machine & diddnt take my eyes off it. I felt disrespected and insulted. After 15 minutes of stressing, a women checked after her coworker and found it. Says I can not receive it. I was not card holder. But my girlfriend will also not be able to claim it because she banks out of state. And that she will have to contact california bank and issue a new one. This is her only form of access to her financial means. Washington Federal are not helpful, did not make me feel welcomed& made things very difficult
