  I have banked at this branch and brought in my entire family with me due to the excellent customer service!!!! The branch manager, Samar is fantastic and definitely goes above and beyond. She is incredibly smart and makes sure to answer all my questions plus makes sure I understand. The rest of the staff ALWAYS smiles and asks about the rest of the family to see if were are doing alright with Covid19. The bank is always very clean. My banking has been a enjoyable experience for me and my whole family. Thank you so much Wells Fargo and Samar, including her staff for making this part of our lives always be secure and treated so well.

  I just cash check here friendly staff. I had an account with them about 10 years ago. I had so many problems with them I cancelled my account. It's close to my house also. As a matter of fact I have had problems at every bank that I have had. Bad luck with banks. Bad experiences.

  I opened a small business account here a few months ago. My experience with this bank has been marvelous, and I'm actually closing my Chase account ($12 per month service charge) and transferring everything to Wells Fargo. No matter what branch you go into or happen to phone for help, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. Amazing!! AND you don't have to wait for customer service! I LOVE that!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Slow. Not enough trained staff. Bank cannot secure my account. Worst bank in USA and for sure Canyon Country!!!!

  Ok they can count money, talk, shuffle papers and smile. Don't expect them to do any of these thing at the same time. The customer service in this branch is AWFUL ! I will say it again AWFUL ! ! Calling the customer service number is not much better, even the people in the branch roll their eyes when you say you called them and received different information then you received in the branch. Two reps said "Oh, they don't know the products and service very well" WHAT ???

  7 people are in line, and there is only 1 teller open. There is an employee standing by the door greeting people??? Why don't they have him help with the line rather that say "hello", please get in line.
