Elite Fitness Club By Mark Musonge11. Mom tried countless times to open an account, provided all documents you asked for. You had her "sign up" then a few weeks later reviled it. She called to speak with someone, she was told the manager will call back. The entire process seemed like the bank was doing her a favor. A competitor bank jumped in and accepted her in a heartbeat. The process was humiliating. 2. For more than 5 years I have had my business account with you but even through the pandemic I kept you as my bank. However After a call with one of your agents/ managers/ supervisors (online) I don't think you're genuinely interested in supporting the growth of small businesses. If you're selective as to what kind of businesses you support/ work with, just make that clear instead of stifling our growth. My relationship with this bank has turned into an unnecessary nightmare. You're very frustrating!

Monica A4Everytime I arrive, there's only one teller, and 2 employees sitting at desk. Why only one employee to assist people in line. Absurd. Get with it US Bank. Understandable I suppose due to short staffed everywhere. Finally was helped and teller was GREAT!

Sandra Sanchez1This review is for the EMPLOYEES OF THE BRANCH! IF YOU SAY YOU OPEN AT 9:00AM PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME WAIT TILL 9:10 IN FRONT OF THE DOOR THIS IS THE 3RD TIME !!!!!! I understand things happen but come on there was 3 tellers and 4 other people in that branch by the time you let me and the other people in! I come here to make a payment on my way to work and you guys make me late every time! NOT COOL!

Miranda Rae1Third time here, they seem to do banking on their own terms. I have problems EVERY TIME. All I heard 4 times today is "it doesn't work that way" "no, that can not happen" all I wanted was to put my payroll check towards a credit card payment. I do it at tons of other US Banks and no questions asked. THEN, you can't even verify if a refund on my account has been processed.... you are incompetent. Glad that not all US banks are like this one. Will NEVER come here again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Christopher1The lines are always slow, the website has many broken areas in it, the ATM is constantly broken, and the staff is not up to date with information. If I need to pull out money it takes them up to a week to get it. For me that's a lot of red flags when it comes to banking. I would not recommend US Bank and absolutely not this branch.

Piggys Rule13751This review is for their direct phone line.. I called for a few days in a row already and only voicemail is active so I am Calling the 800 number tells me your matter only the branch can handle it. Call them again. I had to drive all the way to the branch to speak to someone.
