Scg Dale4I like Fisks employees never had problems with them I mostly use drive thru , tellers have found mistakes on cash deposits a few time ! So Thank You Drive Thru is to narrow for any one with a trailer behind them that's the only thing I don't like about Fisk location ( make a wider lane for trucks with trailer and I'll give 5 stars )

River Gerding1Enormous time wasted by communicating through pneumatic tubes instead of simply having an open branch. Since Wells Fargo was acquired by Charles Scharf it has been a bank on the decline. They should offer lower interest rates since we are getting an inferior product as customers

Abbie Create1This place is the worst. They make couple of appointments at the same Time, and there is only ever 2 tellers available no matter which day of the week. You need to do more work on improving your services. I shouldn’t have to wait close to an hour for an appointment I made a week ago.

Mitch V1Worst Wells Fargo location in Green Bay!!! Been with Wells Fargo since 2015 stop in every other day for my business account and always receive terrible service the main drive through lady is super rude and does not answer a single question. Every time I need to make a withdrawal they always need me to go into the location. why have a drive through when all you want is to take my deposits but can never allow me to withdrawal ever. Wells Fargo is a joke!

Andrey Okhman1Worst bank ever. I went to the store deposit some coins and they would not accept it. They were mean to me and would not help me count coins. Store manager would not help. I am leaving Wells Fargo with all of my accounts as the are HORRIBLE. If you looking for a bank STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO.

Heidi Burris1Went through the drive thru and sat there waiting for 25 mins and still did not have my money out to me cars in other lanes were going through pretty quick so annoyed made me late to an appt ive never had any issues like this before

Amy Erdman5When I actually need to go inside, this is the only branch I go to. Their customer service is above and beyond the rest, in my opinion. If you have any financial questions or just need advice go to Luis, trust me, he is the most knowledgeable and down to earth person, he always makes me feel so secure about my financial decisions, I just can’t say enough great things about him!

Anthony Levin5Had a wait a bit but they were busy, not much can be done about that. Very friendly teller, asked how I was and did everything I needed to get done. If you go here, look for Megan, she's pretty cool.
