Aubrey Nichols2Took over a week to get my debit card. I had to call in and request a new one because the first got “lost” in the mail. The lady on the phone was very nice and said she would make a new one and send it the military branch in two days. I did receive a call after waiting those two days and I picked up my card. ONLY for it to be the first card that had been lost.

xisobelx3735Everyone is very helpful, professional, and nice. They make you feel like a human being instead of a number. They will take the time to answer any questions you have, and I have always liked credit unions better. They also have free coffee and juices, and it is a great place to do banking.

Jordan Dellis1My dad died from cancel and my mom had put some of her stimulus and income money in his account, which they shared. When you die, certain debts are canceled, but when my dad died, they took all the remaining money in the account and applied it to his bill and wouldn't give it to my grieving mother. My mom is trying to pay for funeral expenses and most of the money in the account was her personal income and government stimulus money. This bank wouldn't give her a dime and told her too bad. Do not use this bank. They are ruthless and they take advantage of a grieving widow and stole money that belonged to her.

Jayme Roskom5You simply will not receive better treatment and customer service than here! I have NEVER experienced anything so PAIN-FREE in dealing with a bank or credit union and I have dealt with dozens! I was not a member, called for used auto loan rates, found out they had the best, got approved, walked away with a check in hand in a matter of 3 hours! I am enjoying my new credit union here at Fox, and plan to transfer more of my banking over as well! Look up Sarah, she will treat you right!!

Ryan Wiggins5Fox community credit union makes you feel like a human being and not just like a number. They have amazing staff who truly care about you and will answer any questions that you have about the services that they offer and they go above and beyond what is expected and they make banking an enjoyable experience instead of a headache or painful. The free coffee is always an added bonus and the customer service they provide makes you feel like family and they treat you how you'd treat your friends and family. I highly recommend them to anyone

Gaohlee Xiong1Called to let them know about a fraud activity on my account. One of their employee argued to me saying “it was your doing because they would have needed your card and pin. You did it. You probably just forgot”. When I stated that I’ve never even been to that location/ store. Not much help.

madx Nick2Love this credit union. But please open the lobbies. Other banks have the lobbies open during COVID. The long wait in the drive thru is unbelievable.

Thank you for having patience with us while we conduct the majority of member business in the drive thru. We know that other businesses are fully open right now, but we feel it's in the best interest of our Fox Family (employees as well as members) to keep our lobbies open only by appointment for the time being. A couple of tips: 1. If you have a situation you feel warrants some face time with your local member serviceperson, please call ahead and make an appointment - we're happy to make arrangements to help! 2. If you are doing a simple transaction, try to avoid the lane at the window - that's where businesses and members with more complicated transactions are encouraged to go. It will likely be the slowest line. I hope this information is helpful to you. Again, we are so grateful for your patience and for your membership in our credit union. michael swaab3Fox Communities is just another credit union I do my banking with between Capital and Community First. Community First is one of the worst experience between my credit unions but fox is pretty good overall, other than every time I walk in any Fox Credit Union I feel their staff members are a little too fake or two faced in my mind compared to Capital is. Capital is by far the best experience in my mind but Fox is second best I would recommend them also if I put the staff aside.
