  Locked myself out of my online banking account. No 24/7 service available to help assist me resetting it. This is NOT good for my business and operations. Definitely taking a look into other banks and credit unions. #Notdoingtherightthing

  Horrible company! Former Pioneer Credit Union and since they bought them out they don’t care about customers only their bottom line as I’m sure all the numbers are down since greedy people took over! The CEO even called me and didn’t know about putting payments on the backend of a signature loan! Yeah right! Colors fit for China as you should have to pay for ridiculous services! Sold me an insurance policy with a debt consolidation loan and now I’m on month 4 or 5 with only confusion as last week they send me a kid that was to help me still no response and the last communication received was the insurance companies info with only a fax number as the phone number. In the meantime I’m 10 to 30 $26 nsf fees behind and I’m not paying the greedy confused people ever again! As requested again close all of my accounts and may the lord have mercy on your greedy way!

  Have yet to have any bad experiences. Totally satisfied for the last 10 or so years. I get approved for every loan that I have requested so far and have been lucky to get 4% apr on vehicle loans and I think my motorcycle loan is 2%! We've even consolidated some debt here in the past. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else to be honest. I recommend anyone that is still going to a regular non credit union bank to switch over to avoid all those fees I hear about. I'm happy with my ATM reimbursements as well.

  I got to say capital credit union is my most favorite credit union in town, good vibes, looks out for you to your long term goals in life, makes you feel at home banking with them, the staff is amazing and solves all issues if any occur, the Morris branch in my mind is the better out of all the other capital credit unions but even the other branches in Green Bay (besides the one on velp) are very professional and best suiting. If you're looking for a good credit union with a better interest bearing account go to Capital or whichever you are in your own goals - they build you. I have not experienced a single rude person while banking with this credit compared to fox communities and community first.

  I had been a member of Pioneer C.U. for the past 32 years. Interest and loan rates were great and the service was awesome. Ever since the Pioneer/Capital C.U. merger everything has gone downhill. It started with computer issues, my online account info was not updated and I had to call several times to have them manually update it. Just the other day my wife went into a branch to make a transaction and she had been removed from our accounts without our authorization. Not to mention the service has suffered substantially. I have given them plenty of time to get their things together and it seems like nothing has improved. I have finally made a decision to move elsewhere with my banking. The only reason I gave a rating of two stars was due to their interest rates, otherwise it would have been a 1 or 0.

  We've had great experiences at CCU, from loans for three different vehicles, bill pay, and general transactions. At the Morris location, teller Justin is very discreet about counting money back, which seems to be a rare thing. If I happen to be withdrawing a large amount of cash, I really don't need everyone nearby hearing about it, you know? At the Lineville location, Shannon is always responsive, and the branch manager is wonderful. I like that you can call CCU and talk to an actual human being. My only complaint would be that there's no "pending transactions" feature in online banking. The free popcorn takes the edge off of that complaint.lol

  Pioneer and now Capital Credit union have helped me with finances since I started there in 2010. When banks refused to give me a car loan due to my young age I went to Pioneer and they helped me through every step. Every location I've been to has been nothing short of professional. Applying for loans isn't scary in any sort of the meaning and the employees can relate to your wants/needs. Thanks Capital for everything you have done for me! #doingtherightthing

  I would NEVER in a million years reccomend doing any sort of business with this branch/company. They've closed accounts without notice, have poor attitudes as to WHY they cannot give acceptable professional service. I'll take my business to associated bank from here on out, or literally ANY other bang/credit union in green bay

  We had a loan from Capital and they sent the checks out to the wrong places causing 6 months of confusion and fees. Then went to get a car loan from them becuase our original loan was with them and thought itd just be easier having everything through the same establishment but yet again they took forever and we lost out on the vehicle we were going for. I don't know if I've seen a more disorganized bank then I've seen capital on Velp Ave. Use community first or a bank becuase Capital is a headache and they never seem to get better even throughout the years

We offer no excuses for our mistake of sending checks to the wrong locations and are so sorry for the hassle created in trying to correct the mistake. If everything has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please send us a private message and we will do everything in our power to make it right. As to your experience with applying for a car loan, we regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations regarding turn-around time and that having money in hand less than 24 hours after an application was not fast enough to get the vehicle you wanted. We hope you were still able to find a vehicle that you liked and ask for a chance to provide better service to you in the future.

  Since all of their checking rules changed, it is now more in line with a big bank. Strict rules to follow, if you break any of them, even a seemingly minor one, you will receive a financial penalty. They advertise free checking, but, you are VERY LIMITED to keep it free. Even the ATM's in their own lobby charge you $0.50 for a withdrawal. With some minor searching I found a much better local credit union, with no stings attached free checking and no fee ATM's.
