  Stopped in to complete the final step of opening a personal checking account. There were three employees sitting at their lobby desks. One was with a customer but two weren’t. Finally after a few minutes one of the two asked if I needed help. I explained that I tried to open an account online and I was told that I had to stop by the nearest lobby to verify my ID. Even though no customers were around, he said he couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment. He said he could schedule me for sometime next week… This doesn’t seem like a bank that wants new customers.

  This place is the best when it comes to there hours.. They are open until 7:00pm and they are even open on Saturdays for a period of time. Make sure you call for there exact hours of operation. The only thing I think they need improving is the size. Its only three window and not all are always being utilized to accommodate the long line to move faster. There always seems to be somebody standing around which you would think that they would just take over and help to make happy happy your customers but can't really complain too much when you're getting an extra hour of banking time. And sometimes the staff seems a little slow and I've had a couple of unfriendly Bank tellers. Hopefully if they were just having a bad day. They have two ATM machines which are both located inside the grocery store as well as the bank would be also kind of nice if they had an ATM outside of the bank at that location that way you can use it at any time throughout the night when the store is not open because there's really no other Wells Fargo in that vicinity of town. At I use this extra hour of baking on occasion and will be going back for the same reason.

  Great staff and great bank. Anyone that would use B of A are missing out on incredible customer service Think about that the next time you're in line. Wells Fargo beats them all.

  They are always nice when I go in & considering its inside a very busy grocery store in a small location employees do their best to help, always professional.

  They always have a line and they're so slow It feels like the line never moves Honestly if you can, go to another location so you don't wait that much

  Got here at 6:59 exactly and the lady turned off the light and said we close at 7:00 honestly how rude.

  Hi, Tabitha. Thanks for the feedback. The branch at 69255 Ramon Rd. moved across the street to this location at 69020 Ramon Rd as of February 7 and is currently open for business.
