      This is one of the most horrible branches that I have ever been helped. The young tellers do their best to help but the management is horrible. (people above them) However, this branch is never open to help their customers, at the window is a long line the waiting process is more than 25 to 35 minutes. All this time during Covid they were open suddenly the month of February 2022 they decided to close and you are only allowed to be inside if you have an appointment.. If I could I would avoid business with them! This it's not an excuse for the safety of their customers and employee. You had your branch open in November & December 2021/2022 which was the worst timing but you close the branch now! Smh

      Great experience getting help from banker Eli and manager (Yanni I believe was her name?). In and out promptly with courteous service. They were able and happy to accommodate a last minute appointment after going to my local branch where there was no banker in the afternoon.

      Great service, great staff. The manager and her staff are always very helpful and professional, they do water they can to help. I like coming to this branch because it’s clean and organized.

      Really bad service. Manager doesn’t even know what she’s doing and can’t explain anything accurately. She gave up trying and wanted to set an appointment for something that’s urgent and she was completely aware. Very incompetent group of people at that bank. Hope Wells Fargo Corp takes a look at them.

      I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am I had been told I will be the first customer who gets assistant. and when I came to the bank at 9:00 I had to wait until 10:15 because they take care of a different customer who didn't have an appointment.

      Had a superb experience at this branch. Mr. Foulke helped me out significantly! I was lucky enough to have him notarize my document. Thank you to the manager and teller as well. I appreciate the entire team there!

      Nothing short of a great experience with this bank. Eli saw the line in the lobby was rather extensive and provided assistance from the window service area. So far, I've had excellent customer service complemented with a smile which made it all the better.

      I asked them to switch my account to get free check, but they said it takes so long to switch. Then they said they can waive fee for 10 checks and then they came out and said no it is 1$ per each piece.

      everyone their is phenomenal and very courteous. One individual that is very kind is Kevin Ponce, Every-time I come in I am treated like a human being and not another number. Its more authentic and not really salesman type which really is a good thing to have. Great staff all around. 10/10

      This branch cannot manage principle-only payments. Each time (three) that I have used this branch, part of my payment was applied to interest, even though I stated TWICE that this was a principle-only payment and "principle only" was written on the check. I called the corporate Wells Fargo to have the payment adjusted. They recommended I contact the local branch. When I called the branch, I asked to speak to the on-site manager. The person who answered the phone said that he was a service manager and would be able to assist. I explained my experience and gave the name of the problematic teller. The contact on the phone said that he could take care of reversing the interest. I told him that I had already contacted corporate to have the interest reversed. I stated--again--that I was calling to request assistance for the teller who struggles applying principle properly. The contact on the phone said that he could not help and that the manager would have to call me back. Furthermore, he said that I should use a different branch that knows how to apply principle only payments. I would highly recommend that you use a different branch. I have never had a good experience at this branch.
