Destiny Fernandisse1Welby is the most useless operating system I’ve ever encountered. I’m in tears with my 4th phone call today missing a meeting. How could it possibly take 4 representatives and 5 hours of my time to update my address. Payments aren’t going through because of the people and systems inability to assist with a simple task. I’ve completed the online form on 3 separate occasions starting on 11/29/21. Yet here I am sending a photo of my ID to match. This is the most absurd process. I’m switching banks. I can’t do this. Insane process, long wait times.

Lance54r1Customer service has a terrible problem! I spent two days trying to get my daughters debit card working again and the customer service is terrible. I was told that I needed to be transferred to account verification and got "the number you have called is no longer in service". Not once but TWICE! And then I call customer service but the wait is listed as DAYS! So I elect to leave my number and TWICE they call back only to hang up immediately. I think they are just clearing the queue because they are so backed up with problems. I have been a customer JSFCU customer for decades but this rebrand is making me think I should go elsewhere.

Some Random Person1Just found out a whole bunch of what I was told when signing up for my account wasn't accurate. Its enough of a headache to find a good place to put your money. Their call phone service person didn't seem all that interested in helping me figure it out either. USAA beat these guys out of the park as far as what I was told and what was actually going on with my money. So, I closed my accounts and they charged me for that too. I guess some places CAN lie to their customers and get away with it. Aside from everything else, they never did get my email right. I don't know who has been getting my emails but I sure haven't.

Byram Lass2This new Wellby website is not seamlessly integrated. I had to reenroll for access rather than them porting over my old access and now I have to reenroll for electronic bill pay but the system isn't accepting my login info.

Rain Davison110/15/21 pulled in to make a deposit around @14:00 and sat there for over 15 minutes before I got the call button and just asked to leave! Unacceptable. Just sitting there for a receipt and I asked if I could just leave without it. Sheesh.
