  As a third time house buyer, I was always leaning toward big names as WF or BoAf. But my local relator introduced me to NRL, I was hesitant at first but felt good after talking to NRL and Ryan my loan officer. I am glad I did, process went smooth, Ryan was patient with me, my questions, and helped me thru the process, clarify everything to me . I felt NRL really wants me to get the house I like and worked with me to match any interest I can get. Highly recommended.

  Matt, Ryan and Amanda went all out for me. I got my keys on 9/10/21. It was a breeze, no delays from nrl part at all even when DR Horton wanted to drag the process. I am glad I used nrl instead of the builders in house lender. I will recommend this team to everyone that needs to buy a home. They are amazing set of people.   Ryan Richardson and Amanda Hyde made the process of getting a mortgage pleasant and fast. They met or exceeded all deadlines, even when those deadlines were accelerated by a week, and remained kind and courteous when I was stressed, holding my hand and patiently answering my questions, even the questions I asked more than once. This wasn't my first mortgage by any means, but it was memorable in it being my first mortgage on a retirement income, which meant many things were different. I would have given up more than once if it hadn't been for Ryan. He apparently walks around with his email coming directly into his brain, because he answered everything immediately and was super responsive, always letting me know he received my emails and always thanking me for the interaction. I was so grateful for the very personal attention, especially after being treated like a number by other mortgage companies. He bent over backward to get us to closing in the face of a historic winter storm, a faulty credit bureau report, and a pandemic--he let no obstacle stop him from getting us everything we wanted. Highly recommend.
