  im completely obsessed with the customer service i get from Jasmine A , Janette H and Carlos!! i come here so often, i trust this bank and love this bank. the way they treat me is spectacular, havent gotten service like this at any other bank. very polite and have such a positive attitude every time i enter!! Big thank you to the ladies and gentlemen that work here even the security guard! #1 bank

  Came into this location today and let me just say the Assistant Manager was so nice and answered all my questions without any hesitation! Even got some paperwork notarized by him! So professional and overall super nice! Really recommend this location to everyone! Thank you so much Mr.Carlos DeLaGarza

  Over the years, we have purchased 6 homes throughout Texas. We recently purchased our newest home, and used JSC for our mortgage. This was by far the easiest, and most professional experience we have ever had. While at closing, the title company even made a comment on how smooth this transaction went. Thank you to Osman, James, and Terri for all of your help. Because of them, we were able to help make our dreams come true with this purchase. The professionalism, customer service, communication, and passion are second to none. They were able to do all of this in just 10 days too!!! To us, there is only one choice for banking, JSC. Thank you for everything!!

  The worst service ever. I was racially profiled by the teller and the raggedy hair manager who had no proof to back up the lies they were telling concerning cashing my check. If they don't want black people in their bank then they should hang a sign out front. I have never ever been to a bank and/or credit union where if you are not a member they ask for your id, ss# and your job before they cash a check even after they spoke to the account holder. I asked several times for the manager to show me the policies or procedures for non account holders who come in to cash checks but she said she didn't have any, but that's how it is. It really sucks that they have racist working for them. Not surprising, just sad.

  Do not bank with them. Closed on Sunday completely. They call to ask for their money, (after two payments), but dont call to let you know they are adding CPI (a $2000 YEAR long policy) Why? Bc in the second case they can sneakily add MORE money for themselves. To top it all off, their "online banking" looks like a 13 year old made it it 1995. I'm a software engineer, i would know. 😑
