  Sold a car to a guy who got a loan from here, and when I was on the phone with penny she tried to imply my highly rated dealership wasn’t “legit” or “honorable” just because it’s not a mac haik or an autonation. Cars break down. And when they do we’re happy to work with customer to fix any issues they have, but to be scoffed at by a employee and have her insinuate that we’re some sleazy car salesman is absolutely out of line. People are all for supporting small business except when it comes to car dealerships. Extremely rude.

  My family and I have banked with SWACU for years. Its very frustrating and sad to see the lack of customer service over the years. It is not okay for any customer to receive the run around from staff member(s). Directors do not follow-up as promised either.

  I’ve deposited my handwritten paychecks from my employer (a small business) through the mobile app for a while. All the sudden the app won’t accept the checks. I call to inquire and have been told everything’s from “it’s user error”, “there’s nothing we can do”, “it’s not out problem”

  I love SWFCU because they are RELIABLE & Awesome with great customer service...over 25 years as a member. Adding to my previous review....Shout out to Brenda & Vanity...they are AWESOME...Smart, Professional, Beautiful & Have great customer skills. Thanks ladies😁👏👏

  If you have your money here I’d remove it. Nice enough but I’ve had money stolen from my account and they were useless and unhelpful.
