Amanda Frank1Been with JSC for years. Closed an account and opened a new one with my husband. Now we have Wellby cards and Account. We were told by the one that helped us open our account that when a check would be deposited they would only hold a portion of the check. Well it will be 7 days tomorrow that they have not released any funds at a all. I called today and was told that we were wrongly informed and that they will hold the check for 9 business days due to it being a new account. So with weekends included that makes 14 days. I had never had this issue with JSC before. Wellby if financially messing with my families wellbeing. As soon as I am allowed to touch my funds that they are keeping from me I will be getting a new account with a bank that I can pray I trust won't keep my family from financial danger. We have bills to pay. Kids to feed. God forbid they cover the late fees of the bills that are due because they won't release our hard earned money. Just give us our funds already!

Trish Bailey1Worse customer service I have ever had. For some reason they don’t know how to look and verify if your a signer on the account before they offend you and act like your trying to steal out of the account. Ridiculous how they do business.

Will Manes5Nine years ago I had zero credit. I didn't have any delinquencies, but I had no credit lines. I made a great salary, but I couldn't get a bank to give me a chance on a vehicle loan. Rose was the person who helped me formulate a plan to build my credit. She didn't make me feel like less of a person for not having credit, like other banks and credit unions. I put down 20% on a used F150 and refinanced after two years, and paid off after 5 total years. Today, I still drive the same F150. I own my own home, have multiple credit cards and in November I bought my first RV. Years ago, when I needed help, Rose and JSCFCU had my back and I am a customer for life. When I need a loan, I always know I can walk into Rose's office and she will have my best intrest in mind. This level of service is unmatched and is becoming harder to find now a days. Candace Krenek1I've had a JSC account for at least 7 years now, my mom has had one for at least 15...we've had many issues with JSC but this one really set us over the edge. About 4 years ago my husband and I divorced, I went to the bank, brought divorce papers, and removed him from mine and my moms joint account. Great right? When someone is being removed from the account on the banks end they should be fully removed? Wrong! According to JSC it's up to us to remove a joint party from bill-pay even though we can't even see it from our end. Nor did they tell us this at the time and I know I asked multiple times if this was everything I needed to do. Well here we are...2018...trying to pay a bill when it doesnt go through and a hold is put on my account due to insufficient funds. Hm, that's weird theres money in the account...nope the bill-pay system online pulled it from my ex-husbands account THAT WE CAN'T EVEN SEE ON OUR END. Now JSC is treating it like this was our fault, we have to be the middle man here they won't put a stop on the payment. Now we have to go through thr most convoluted process just to get things right. We just spent 2 hrs on the phone between banks and it's going to take a at least a week (not counting the upcoming holiday of course). As soon as this is finished my mom and I are both deleting our accounts with JSC because this is ridiculous.

I've tried all the big banks and have not had a pleasant experience through customer services and ridiculous fees..since I've joined JSCFCU about a year ago I've had kind and helpful service and never any unnecessary fees...great experience we hope to bank here for a while.
