      Great bank. Been with Webster Five since I was 16. However, I hate the new hours not everyone gets out of work to make it by 4 pm. Drive thru doesn't even open until 9 am now. Talk about bankers hours. At least stay open until 5

      Attempted to open a business checking account for my growing operation to help manufacturers. They refused me. No logical reason giving. Of course they wasted a week of my time to make their brilliant decision. Went to Bank of America the same day and got approved in 2 hours. I will never recommend these clowns at Webster Five. If you have your money managed by these clueless people, I would take it out and go to a real bank that actually supports the community. I have ambitions to build a large corporation employing people all over the community. I will use Webster Five discrimination as motivation.

      I've been a member of Webster 5 for idk how long now. They have always been helpful and quick to solve any issues. This branch just recently had an update which makes it roomier and they train their tellers to cover almost everything you may need to take care of, so you don't have to wait for that "one" who can do "this" which saves time, and time is....

      Isn't what it once was in the 90s I thought there was no other bank there could compete but only time taught me that doesn't exist.
