      Tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Better ATM options than other locations. (Auburn doesn't do ATM deposits). Have gotten several loans with competitive rates and would use again. Been using this location for over 8 years with no issues.

      Bad bad. The absolute worst they will never work with you if you have a Hardship. Their lawyer who handles the hardship cases got fired because they were so bad. !

      Went to transfer money I am in the system go to hit the submit button and it tells me I have no Wi-Fi yeah I'm in the system. Hard times don't want to leave the house. Webster 5 is not different it's not better and we all know that........ Pretend you're the customer I know it's a long shot but just try

      I bank with them I couldn't get a loan had to go to another bank no big deal I'm 19 at the time so I figured that's why but it's down the street only complaint is when you use a different atm they don't remburse you for the fees like my girlfriend's bank
